Welcome to the historic Maxson House located in the picturesque seaside village of Mystic, Connecticut. Our charming home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Just minutes from downtown Mystic, you'll have easy access to a variety of dining options and unique shops, perfect for exploring the area’s local attractions.



The Space:

Prior to your arrival, our entire house undergoes professional cleaning to ensure a welcoming environment. We meticulously prepare and set up each space, paying close attention to every detail, so that you can immediately begin to relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you step through the door.




The updated galley kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, Keurig machine, and drip coffee maker for maximum convenience. Stocked with essential cookware, serving utensils, paper products, and cleaning supplies, it’s all ready for easy meal prep and upkeep. The dining room invites gatherings with family and friends for shared meals, and you can also enjoy dining outdoors on the patio, complete with a gas grill.



Bedroom 1: This elegant master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 2: Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed for restful nights.

Bedroom 3: Designed with a delightful nautical theme, this room includes two twin beds and a cozy children’s book nook.

Bedroom 4: Located on the first floor featuring a twin daybed sofa with a pullout trundle, doubling as a reading room.



Each bathroom is thoughtfully supplied with plush guest towels, premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with all essential paper products, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The hallway bathroom upstairs showcases an antique cast iron clawfoot bathtub and a separate shower. A convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected and stream your favorite shows on the TVs located both upstairs and downstairs.

In addition, it's just a short stroll to Mystic Shipyard West where you can rent kayaks and paddleboards, or dock your boat.
