Downtown Mystic Flat - Newly Renovated

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

About the space:
Unit 1 is located on the first floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi
- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking

The flat was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We had everything needed for a four night stay. We loved the location and it was an easy walk to town. Quiet location and easy parking off street. Would stay here again.

We stay at this property often, because it’s the best stay in Mystic. The location is perfect and the apartment is perfect for our needs. All the amenities are there with thoughtful touches and the host is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My partner and I needed a vacation away from nyc and we found this charming house with a cozy apartment with great decor and everything we needed more. It was very thoughtful, it even included cookies! We hope to come back.

Nice job preserving and renovating an old building. Within walking distance of downtown Mystic, the Noank Mystic Library and great pubs. And we loved the bells from the Baptist Church just up the street.
