The soft sand of Myrtle Beach is two blocks - a four-minute walk - from this darling townhouse, a well-appointed, two-story space with an outdoor community pool that makes a wonderful home base for beach-goers, golfers, and those looking to enjoy the many attractions nearby.The patio out back is fenced for your privacy. Free parking in front of the cottage.

This cottage is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from; shopping at the two Tanger Outlets and the assorted mall and shopping centers; take adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving; visit Broadway at the beach for assortment of dining choice and entertaining museums like WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum......

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. The house door is controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message.

The outdoor pool is open year-round for your enjoyment.

Only two cars allowed in the complex, one is with our condo number, the other could be anywhere without a number.

We planned a spontaneous weekend getaway for the family. Just wanted something nice, accommodating and affordable.We found this gem in Myrtle Beach the family loved it. Convenient access to the beach & Walmart. Yes we will stay here again Thank You for the hospitality.

The house was perfect for 6 (4 kids). Quick walk to the beach and back if needed. Quiet community, mgmt checked in regularly through out our stay. Loved the extra blankets in the closets for chilly nights. Would visit again!

The property is beautiful and well kept. The property manager Amy made a special trip to the house to drop off batteries for the t.v remote. Any and all issues were addressed. The 4 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed having the pool within sight distance. The host Janet was responsive to inquiries and kind. I highly recommended this property for a lovely vacation experience.

Positive things-Walking distance to the beach and house was bigger then excepted. Negative things-pool was not heated and dirty so we were not able to use it. The other BIG thing was, I had to go buy kitchen supplies. No cookie sheet, no pot holders, pans there were too small to cook a full meal in and only one small mixing bowl.

We loved our stay. The home was very clean. Beds were wonderful and comfortable. Close to the beach and resturants. We would definitely stay here again. Host was super helpful and replied right away. Community was quite and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning. We really had a wonderful stay.

The downstairs bedroom had a large pee stain on the mattress. The mattress encasement was ripped with large holes. The living room furniture was old and dirty looking. After I complained about the mattress they did offer to move us to a condo which was a lot better. But it was an inconvenience to my family we had to pack everything up and go to the new location which was on the 19th floor. Then almost 2 weeks after my stay the host sent me a message saying they are charging 85 for a tore mattress encasement, dirty dishes, and stain towels. The mattress encasement was already tore. All of the dishes were wash and put away and we did not stain any towels. I will not be booking with them again.

The kitchen was nice, garbage disposal didnt work, the water sprayer wasnt attached to the sink. The pool was great, nice that it closed at 11 pm. The toliet off the bedroom with the king size bed ran all the time. We couldnt use it because the toliet ran so much. The couch bed WAS NOT comfy at all. It was better to just sleep on the couch. It overall was a great place, but needs a little work. One of the stools in the living room was broke, unuseable. The kids liked to sit on them to eat on the table. There was NOT ONE BUG in the house, that was fantastic!! And if you've ever been there, you know what BUG im talking about . The beds were comfy, clean house, well as good as you can because of all the sand everywhere. Easy accessibility, very nice location to everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had all amenities that were listed. Check out was so easy. Property manager Janet is a dream. Very helpful and accommodating. We had to unexpectedly stay an extra day last minute and because there was no one coming in on the day we were supposed to leave we got to add an additional day. It was the easiest process. Janet responded timely and was so helpful!!!

We stayed here on a family vacation, location was close to the beach, just a quick 5 minute walk. Mini golf and a few restaurants close.The pool was a nice touch, our kids enjoyed swimming in the evenings. The house was nice, a super cute community, we had a few small issues, the ensuite toilet didn’t always work well but there are 2 other bathrooms so we made it work. The sofa bed did not have blankets and there were no extras so that was tricky but all in all the house was clean and comfortable, it suited our 2 families well. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Summertime

It was a little smaller than I’m used to but it fit the 10 of us perfectly. Beach was four blocks to walk with easy access, the pool onsite was very nice with restrooms, putt putt about a block and half and plenty of eateries close by. The cottage was clean with backyard privacy. Very quiet i would rent again.

We stayed 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 children. The location was very good with the beach only being a short walk and the pool right across from the unit. Many attractions and shopping close by. There were several concerns with overall cleanliness, some plumbing issues, and the only TV that we could use was in the living room. They had universal remotes and the TVs would not pair. The host was very responsive and immediately offered to fix the problems, but we did not want people in and out while we were only there for a short time. The cleaning crew was sent back the following morning and addressed a couple of the concerns. Although, we encountered a few problems, nothing is perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted, the home stayed ice cold during the heat wave, and the property manager was top notch.
