This spacious unit is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach or play some of the best golf courses in South Carolina. Our condo is just a few miles away from the most beautiful beaches in PI. Clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for everyone, our open family living room is spacious with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and washer /dryer for your convenience.
The Master bedroom features a brand new king size bed with separate access to the screened porch, and a large walk in closet. A mounted flat screen cable TV and ceiling fan! Large ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom features two twin beds with a closet, ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom.
Third bedroom features a queen size bed, mounted flat screen cable TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub/shower. This room comes with a microwave, Keurig, and small refrigerator.
The living room has a pull out couch, flat screen cable TV, and a ceiling fan. Access to the screened porch through the large slider. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. No mosquitoes there!
Full internet wifi access, cable TV, and heat/AC throughout condo.

Great condo, we stayed for a week visiting our daughter and family. Pool area was well maintained, safe community and quiet. Owners did a wonderful job, lots of small touches to make a cozy retreat. Thanks again!! Thankful for the ground floor unit and even had handicapped parking space out front, worked great for my husband.

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable, showers were good and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to feel right at home right down to the last detail. Perfection at it’s finest

This is the second or third time staying with here the host are awesome. It has always been a pleasure to speak to the owner she is more than gracious when you speak to her. We appreciated the layout of the unit and nice size of 2 of the bedrooms. We didn’t t use the 3rd bedroom or the pull out couch. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The bathroom in unit Bdidn’t drain well well while showering but that was a minor issue.I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I picked this place because it was a first floor unit. It was very clean and homey. I only wish there was a better view but I get preferring only 1 st floor there has to be some consideration. But back to the condo. Nice decor and I appreciate the work that was put into the place.

The condo was perfect for our needs. My friends and I were in town to play in a Golfweek Am Tour event at True Blue and Caledonia. The place was clean and comfortable, and we were provided access to the pool and other amenities. Will try to stay here again for next years event.

Perfect home away from home!

This was the second time we stayed at this property. We booked it again because of the perfect layout for a family with children and another adult couple that needed their own space! The unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, utensils, dinnerware, and meal-prep needs. We will definitely lool at booking again next time we are in Pawleys Island.

Traveled for an Event at Back Woods Quail Club

The Family traveled there for an Event at Back Woods and Quail Club. The Conco was 5 star all the way! Family said, they will stay here again if it is available. Great place, very clean, detailed info on the surrounding area, etc. Pool was one of the cleanest resort pools I’d ever seen. We spend a lot of time in the area and this rental will be on the top of our list when returning!

My friends and I booked this condo for a golf trip that involved True Blue and Caledonia. The location was perfect. No more than a few minutes from either. The accommodations were nice and had everything that we could have needed. Would definitely book again

Incredibly cozy home away from home

My husband and I plus our 3 kids stayed here during Thanksgiving for a nearby family reunion.The property was exactly as described, well maintained, and had an easy check-in. The owner even offered us an early check-in, but we weren’t able to get there in time. Great screened in back porch, comfortable beds, all the supplies needed to run a kitchen, and even included some starter toilet paper and paper towels. Other places we’ve stayed don’t typically offer that. We put our teen in the separate suite so she could enjoy privacy and freedom. Close to the dumpster. Owner was super responsive. Would use again!
