Great location

Was very pleased with this property we had friends staying next to us so this was a great location. The staff at Myrtle Beach Management was fantastic, the check In and out process was super easy and hassle free!

Loved the view!!!

I had a wonderful time at this location. It had a wonderful view. The only problem was not enough elevators and parking spaces to load and unload but the owner of this property had no control of that.

The property is great with lots of amenities and great location. but this unit is very dated. The twin bed mattresses are so saggy and uncomfortable, and all the décor is very old.The balcony carpeting is worn through.

Awesome view

Very nice condo with an awesome view. The only thing that could have been better is the mattress needs replaced. Overall though this is a very nice condo. We would definitely rent again!

Reviewer Comments: Between being locked in and than locked out of the room for 6 hours on the second day and being blamed for it after only being there for less than 12 hours. I did not like there was no office onsite to talk with.

Glad we were not in the center of things like Myrtle Beach downtown area because of Covid and wanting to distance. It was perfect as we were not over crowded during this stay. Beach was fantastic! Condo had nice view. Bar on beach can be heard at times even though we were on the 9th floor. Did not know campgrounds surround these 3 buildings on both sides but was fine even not knowing as everyone was nice.Recommend getting a better mattress or even bigger bed in the master bedroom. I thought mattress was a little old and hard. Pull out couch was used by my teenage daughter and she said mattress was not very comfortable because you can feel the springs-twin beds were great per my other teen daughters. Overall a 4. Coffee maker was missing lid and the management brought another one up in less than 30 min-quick response.

Beautiful views of the beach

Loved the condo had beautiful view of ocean and beach from balcony. The condo was very nice only downfall to this property was that for 21 floors they only have three elevators one which is also used as freight elevator so takes a long time waiting on elevator when there are a lot of checking in or out. Also the housekeeping is questionable during our stay the condo received a new couch and when the old one was moved out there was a lot of dirt and dryer stillage of liquid underneath.

The condo was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The air conditioning stopped working on several occasions making it extremely hot in the condo, almost as hot as outside As the temperatures were in the 90s. Service was called after the third call and we were told the air conditioning could not be fixed.

The unit was old and outdated but it was clean and comfortable with a great ocean view. The bar and pizza pub were great too. The hallway near the elevators have a very unpleasant smell and waiting for an elevator can be quite an issue at times in the tower.

Reviewer Comments: this was a lovely condo suggestions another armchair pretty squishy sitting 3 on a couch, needed a tea kettle, everything needed though would go again next year if available would def recommend to friends angelos restaurant was awesome and pancake house too one night front gate a little overboard first night there we went out but didn't take the code the uber driver said we'd be ok well the person on the gate wouldn't let him in even though we had our keys and we had to walk to tower in howling winds all of us over 70 but we made it maybe just a little more empathetic to seniors since we had a seniors moment with no code.
