Such a great time at the beach! James was a wonderful host who checked in before the trip and during to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfect for a trip to the beach. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs and they were provided treats and the property had potty bags available near the lawn area of the property. I loved that the beach was just a block away and the access was there if we needed to drive our vehicle over as well. There were lots of food places and a nice grocery store nearby. My favorite spots was sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean and watching the fireworks a couple of nights while we were there. Lastly I had work while I was there and the wifi was super fast. This is a great place to stay. Don't miss out!

Hanging w Little Debby at Myrtle Beach

Considering the unfortunate timing of tropical storm Debby, we had a good stay. The location was great, any break there was in the storm we took advantage and walked over to the beach. We love that they already had kid's toys and beach chairs, ready for us to use. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were able to feed our family of 8 and 2 dogs without any problem. Multiple times we had 3 people showering at once and had little to no problem maintaining hot water. Communication with James was easy and check in/out instructions were very clear. Thanks for a good stay.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We had a great time during our stay. The manager of the property was very helpful from the time we rented the house and during the whole stay. He was on property most days, doing work around the yard or in the empty houses. He even recommended restaurants that were fabulous. Our house was clean and had everything we needed. I do have to be totally honest and say that the motel next door made me a little nervous, but it was quiet at night and we had no problems. Easy walk to the beach. It was our first time bringing our furry son and we had a great time!

The place is as expected, plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 dogs. The neighborhood it's in isn't the best but they are doing alot of improvements in the area.

Wonderful house and exceptional host!

Everything you need was in the house lots of beach towels, chairs and stocked kitchen. Very clean and sooo close to the beach. We had a little issue with TVs, but James our host was so responsive and it was fixed in no time. Also loved that we could take our fur babies with us. Definitely will be coming back!

Beach vacation

Very good location very nice property 
.. the only thing was the pull out sofa bed that we used had

 some blood stains on it😬😡

 but I was the only unclean place in the whole property. Overall I’ll give it 4.8 out of 5stars

 a little bit expensive but considering how nice the property is, I guess it’s worth it. I just wish they would replace the mattress on the pull out sofa bed.

Everything was great

The listing was exactly as pictured. Location had easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family. Welcome inbox arrived in a timely manner and included all information needed. The furbaby did not want to leave! We will definitely book again for future vacations!

Close to everything, 2 minute walk to the beach, very spacious. House wasnt the cleanest but not a mess by any means. James was great to work with. Neighboring hotels are a bit on the sketchy side. Overall, would recommend.

Loved the place!

The townhouse was as advertised. The owners made sure everything you need is there—right down to beach towels. The house was very clean and well equipped. The property manager was very attentive and responded quickly when needed!

Exceeded Expectations

The house is fairly new and is located in a great area. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach - very easy access. Owner supplied beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels (all nice perks). All furniture in house was comfortable and the floorplan was a great set-up for our crew (two teens and two adults). We did have a bit of difficulty getting in to the keyless lock at arrival, but one quick call (which was answered immediately) took care of everything. Excellent customer service!

Beautiful Beach House

This house is beautiful, clean., and just a short walk to the beach! The owner included all the comforts of home including board games. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was that the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Overall we had a great stay!

Great visit

House was clean, new, well-stocked and laid out. Enjoyed our morning walks. A short distance to the beach. Chilled on the porch. Quality restaurants were a little farther away (10-15 min drive). Perfect size for 3 plus our dog.
