Please note that Sea Mist is a historic resort, built in 1965. The age of the building has been taken into account and reflected in our pricing. However, this privately owned condo has been thoughtfully renovated and well maintained to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. For added peace of mind, the property has recently installed new security cameras throughout the parking lots in the hallways and corridor of each floor, as well as upgraded smoke detectors.



The condo comfortably accommodates 2–4 guests and features a king-size bed, full-size sleeper sofa, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and a fully stocked kitchenette. The private bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and all linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided for your convenience.



Located just minutes from Myrtle Beach's top attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, this condo is perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking to enjoy everything the Grand Strand has to offer.
