Sea Change is a four bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, townhouse-condo with four levels accompanied with an elevator. The property is centrally located close to all the major attractions including the Boardwalk, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, among other amusements. The benefits of this location is it offers a more peaceful side of Myrtle Beach and is located directly across the street from the ocean. Our surrounding community has many restaurants, banks, grocery stores, and specialty shops within walking distance.

The house was beautiful, but was not very clean. I think that unfortunately their cleaners just don't do the job they're paid to do. I did reach out to the owner's regarding an issue and they were quick to take care of it. I greatly appreciated that! The area is perfect. We were right across the street from the beach and the main road is at the other end. There's so much to do near by. We had so much fun and definitely were not ready to come home! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great family vacation location!

Had a great time at Chris’ property. Check in was easy and having a garage with opener and elevator was very convenient, especially with children! Host is very responsive. You need to bring/buy essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap for each bathroom, dish detergent, throw blankets for the living room. There is a wal mart and dollar tree close by. We flew down so I just utilized the dollar tree for cleaning supplies and Walmart for a beach umbrella and throw blanket. The welcome guide has great recommendations for all meals. One block walk to the beach. Would stay again!”

First time to Myrtle Beach

Beautiful home! Location couldn’t be better! All amenities that we needed were there! My mother was in heaven when she realized there was an elevator inside! Definitely making this home a yearly location for us!

Great Vacation Stay!

Chris was prompt with responding and was very supportive to one cleanliness issue that I had pointed out during our stay. Overall, the entire home was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities. The home is only one block from the public parking for beach access. Neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely consider staying here again!

The Higgins Family Vacation at Myrtle Beach July 20-23, 2023

First, I want to thank the host, Chris, for his assistance prior to and while staying in his Condo during our first Vacation for the Higgins Family of Alabama and Georgia. We found the Condo to be very clean and tidy. It was more beautiful in person than the website pictures. Thanks again for the heads up about utilizing the elevator. All the need to know information provided prior to our visit was spot on, and it was exactly the same information he provided in his "read and need to know booklet" at the Condo. So glad Chris warned us about the uninvited pests (ants) that will invade the place given you leave any kind of food out in the kitchen. We accidently left our pancake syrup bottle, even though closed up, on the kitchen table. Returning to the place about 6 hrs. later, needless to say that ants had taken over that bottle. Some frantic clean up and we did not make that mistake again. Take care Chris and thank you again for our wonderful stay. We will definitely want to book with you again.

Sea Change Stay

Sea Change was awesome. The attached two car garage was a bonus as well as the elevator! Parking in the area is tight, so the two car garage worked out great. Very spacious and clean. We had six people in our party and had plenty of room. The location was also ideal, close to super markets, places to eat, and things to do. The beach was a short walk across the street. Would stay again.

Birthday trip

This property has a great location, a short walk across the street to the beach. And its away from the hustle and bustle down closer to the boardwalk. I would give this property 5 stars except the bathrooms were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The toilets and sinks had not been cleaned well and the master bed was very uncomfortable. Also, the sheets on the master bed were knotty!! If we stayed here again, we would bring our own sheets and come prepared to clean when we arrive smh.

When I first arrived I walk in i had to walk up stair that was not good because of my knee. The floor was dirty and the refrigerator was nasty and not onlt that master bath room was not clean and second we had to walk around the world to find trash can the trash can should have been at the house .Three thing we had to walk for about fifth min get to beach it is not close to breach and charge all that money and you have too take out trash ,wash dish,get all the towels,and beds lines peoples suppose suppose to be on vacation not a maid.I am not happy with this and i will let people know about this trust me

Quick beach trip

Very nice townhouse, clean, comfortable beds, quiet street and great location (very easy walk to the beach). Our only suggestion would be to find a way to squeeze another loveseat into the living area so you can have family movie nights (unit sleeps 8, couch seats 4). We would stay here again!
