Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project



The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for approximately 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.



During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.



Please note:



Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.



The Space:

Looking for a unique, beachy vacation rental? Look no further! This oceanfront 1 bedroom rental is located at the North end of the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local restaurants and attractions without being in the thick of the crowds.



This is a 6th floor suite at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean front apartment is fully furnished with 2 queen beds, dresser and closet for storage, TV with basic cable, complimentary wifi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and a fully functioning kitchen. In addition to the beautiful, modern updates inside, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs from which past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunsets!



The kitchen features a full-size fridge, two-burner cooktop, full size microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.



The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa that will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. In addition, the living room features a coffee table, end table with lamps, TV with cable, dining table and chairs, and access to the oceanfront balcony.



All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.



Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.



Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:

Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.

Condo needs updated but nice

Room is in need of updating. There was not enough storage for clothes. Sleeper sofa is old and in need of major replacement. Kitchen was good and stock with plates and glassware as well as silverware. Bathroom was also good and clean. But also needs a good makeover. And more towels we enjoyed are stay and would stay again.

Condo was not very clean upon arrival, dishes dirty, didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned from previous guests, the beds and pillows were less than motel 6 quality, the living room tv remote did not work. Electrical outlets need replaced. Positives, the view is incredible, the price was cheap. Friends stayed in another condo at this resort and their room was 10x nicer than ours.

Amazing views, nicely decorated

My husband and I met our 21 year college son at this property for Labor Day Weekend. The unit was super clean, well stocked, and decorated nicely. It looked even better in person. I noticed new beach print quilts right way in the bedroom. Wonderful little condo, very compact but worked fine for 3 of us. The views went on for miles, perfect oceanfront 6th floor location. My only complaint was that we were expecting queen size beds per the listing. The 2 beds are actually full size and sorry to say, not comfortable at all. A mattress topper would have helped tremendously. I am used to a king size bed so a full bed was very disappointing, no room to move. Other than the beds, we had a great stay at this condo.

Worth the view

Let's begin with the down side: Small tight kitchen area with minimal pots/pans and cooking supplies. Beds were fair at best and lighting inside apt. poor. Tight quarters and no help with any questions from front desk/registration area for non VRBO. Now the upside: Great view, easy access to room, good location on the beach and sweet parking as we were fortunate to find spots outdoors rather than the tight awkward indoor garage. Dealt with property manager before arrival (Brittany) and she was wonderful and helped us through our banks credit card difficulty. Few good restaurants within walking distance (mile) and easy to get around the beach for shopping. Beautiful beach, warm water and lounge chairs provided by Sand Dunes. Having a convenience store on property was a plus.

The unit was decorated nicely but that is all that was good. The carpet looked like it had never been replaced. The sliding glass door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. You didn't want to shut it all the way while you are out there for fear you wouldn't be able to get it opened. The shower curtain had MOLD on it It was disgusting!!!! When we ran out of dishwasher detergent I went to wash the dishes by hand and there was no stopper for the sink. I had to shove a wash rag in the drain in order to keep water in the sink There were only 3 forks in the unit. The couch is broken down and needs to be replace. I don't know if the owner knows of these things but i would never ever stay in this unit again. Definitely NOT worth the price!

Cute place

Cute condo! The condo doesn't look quiet like the pictures in the listing but still nice. The door to the balcony was difficult to open and close (off track?). The facility/building was nice but there were several instances of a strong marijuana smell in the elevators and hallway and definitely on the balcony - it was just my sister and I so I wasn't too worried about it. I could definitely see my children asking what the smell was if they would have been with me! The beach in front of the condo was very nice and not overcrowded (of course it was chilly when we were down).
