This condo is located near the popular "World Tour Golf Complex" in Myrtle Beach! It is a highly desired area that continues to bring repeat visitors every year. This complex is just a few minutes away from some of the incredible courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. It right down the street from the famous World Tour golf complex. It is the perfect spot for a golf or beach getaway!
The Space:
**NOTE: TREES BEHIND THIS UNIT ARE BEING REMOVED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION**
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. If a guests loses/misplaces a parking pass, the guest is responsible for a $100/each replacement fee.
Entry: 3rd floor unit. Stairs required. Self check-in with keypad. Please be advised that there is a Ring camera on the front door.
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Enjoy the large flat screen smart TV. Access to golf course view balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: King bed!
Bathroom 1: Attached.
Bedroom 2: Two double beds.
Bathroom 2: Shower/tub combo.
Balcony: Beautiful golf course view. Spacious!
Pool: There is a community pool in the complex.
The outdoor pools open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th. Currently it is closed, but will reopen mid-week of April.
The indoor pool is open at 9:00 am and closes at 9:00pm from October 15th through April 15th. The hot tubs open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th
Other amenities: Tennis courts, picnic tables, community grill, and of course, the Golf course.
There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.
Golf clubhouse: Drive just .5 miles up to the River Oaks Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool (9AM - 9PM daily, door will lock BOTH WAYS at 9PM sharp), tennis courts, and, of course, the highly recognized golf course (Extra fees apply).
The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.
âïž Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 5.2 miles
đŠ Coastal Grand Mall is about 2.7 miles
đŠ Broadway At The Beach is about 3.9 miles

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking spots for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, tennis courts, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during the reservation.
By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
The parking passes in the unit are required. If a guests loses/misplaces a parking pass, the guest is responsible for a $100/each replacement fee.
