Guests may also enjoy the shared outdoor amenities within the Magnolia Pointe community, including pools, walking paths, and BBQ areas. Free parking is available directly in front of the building for added convenience.

This property is located in a community with strict HOA and city enforcement policies.
The City of North Myrtle Beach actively enforces a Nuisance Party Ordinance, and violations may result in police involvement, fines, or removal from the property.
By booking, you agree to the following:
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed
Strict quiet hours must be observed (no excessive noise at any time)
No overcrowding beyond the approved number of guests
No illegal activity, including underage drinking or substance use
Parking must follow community rules and must not block access or traffic

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

During these times, the Magnolia Lake Drive and Magnolia Pointe Lane entrances will be roped off, and security guards will be stationed at the Luster Leaf Circle entrance.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Trailers and recreational vehiclesâincluding campers, motor homes, buses, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, Slingshot-style vehicles, and commercial vehiclesâare not permitted to be parked or stored on the property. These vehicles may only be driven directly into a garage and must remain fully enclosed with the garage door closed. Please note that fines may be issued for any violations.
ELEVATOR UPDATE
Please note that elevator modernization began on April 20 and is expected to take a minimum of 4 weeks. During this time, there may be limited or no elevator access. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed
