Our resort enjoys a prime location just steps away from the beach and is conveniently close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park. A short drive will take you to popular destinations such as Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Moreover, you'll have easy access to an array of dining options, golf courses, and shopping venues—all just a short drive away. AND BEST OF ALL, you'll enjoy FREE WIFI!

Please note that this is a non-smoking room, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and on the balcony.



We kindly request that you treat this condo with the same care and respect you would give to your own home, as it is privately owned and not a hotel room. While we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly, please be aware that there is no on-site 24/7 management.



Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids' slide area, or fitness center.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

NOTES:

* Pets are not allowed between March 1 and October 31.

- Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30 days or more) during the months of November, December, January, and February.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Pinnacle building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.
