*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass

*minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, bright and comfy condo.

*1 King bed, 2 twin beds.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*Washer and dryer in the condo.

*Outdoor pool.

*Outdoor grilling area.

*Free parking.

*The condo is rented in full.

* Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

The location of this property was very nice and the host answered questions in a timely manner. TV's are hard to work as when you turned one tv off or on the one in the bedroom did the opposite. The out side porch area was very nice but had not been cleaned in a while so we took care of that. Property is right next to the up and down stairway and is noisy as are the neighbors above you.

We had a much needed relaxing family vacation. My adult children loved the proximity to the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and you are next to the golf course. Beautiful condo definitely a cozy home vibe, with everything you need. We will be back.

Condo was well located, 4 minutes drive to beach and located on a nice golf course. Not very clean, we had to clean the balcony and kitchen when we arrived! If you are not use to an apartment you will find it noisy being on the first floor not well isolated.

Clean condo on ground level

We had a weekend conference at the MB Convention center and this condo was just a few minutes away. It was clean, located on bottom level, and spacious for small group or family.

Excellent condo for our golf trip

We arrived and had an easy check-in access to the condo with the door code. The owner was in contact with me the entire way through the time we were there.It was very clean, easy access to everything the area offers and being the end unit, it was secluded and quiet. Being on the tee box for the par three was nice too.We will definitely keep this listing for future trips and we highly recommend the condo for both golfers and families.

Golf Getaway

Absolutely wonderful. Condo was so clean and comfortable. Location could not have been better. I love the beach and my spouse loves to golf. We had the best of both of these. Our host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Definitely will be back and already planning on it!

Was there for a quick girls trip away. One stayed in master room, I stayed in 2nd bedroom with the twin beds. Both mattresses were very comfy. No use of pool. Shower water and pressure were great and I used the washer/dryer. My girlfriend loved it and wants to make this condo an annual trip whether we beach or not. Condo close to mall, Broadway at the Beach, Target, Walmart, outlets and Duplin Winery.

Nice location

The location on the corner was very private and the creek and golf course out back were nice. The beds slept well too. The only issue was the toilets do not flush well. Other than than that, it was very nice.

Perfect Place to Stay

Everything from the start to finish was perfect about our stay. The booking process was easy and clear instructions prior to arrival. The location is prime and near everything but yet it's super peaceful. It was super clean, great AC, spacious and we loved the washer/dryer set up. House was nicely stocked with a starter set of toiletries. We hit the jackpot and we are looking forward to staying again in the future!!

Very Accommodating

The host really worked with us. We went down for a dance competition and our dates kept getting changed. They extended our stay without hassle. They always responded quickly. The condo was very clean and well stocked and the view was amazing!The only issue was parking, but they had no control over that. Some guest in other condos had numerous vehicles so sometimes we had to park and walk. I will definitely book again on our next visit to Mrytle Beach!
