The Space:

Welcome to your next getaway - Paradise Resort located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bedroom 2: Two double beds.



Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms.



Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed oceanview.



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Water Amenities: HOA owned and operated.



Guest Access:

Entire condo (except locked owner's closet). RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. THIS UNIT ALSO DOES NOT GRANT ACCESS TO THE RESTAURANT OR BAR ON-SITE.



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located in Paradise Resort - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach.

- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 2.3 miles

- Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about 1.8 miles

- Myrtle Beach State Park is about 4.3 miles



Getting Around:

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens quarterly - access must be granted via HOA rules. 1ST THURSDAY OF THE MONTH (January, April, July, October).

Cancellation Policy - refer to reservation policies on platform.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.



Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation, but will be available through the platform should they need anything.
