Top Location 2019. Vous et votre famille adorerez l'ambiance riche et classique de cette propriété au troisiÚme étage donnant sur la plage dans cette zone trÚs recherchée mais moins peuplée. Ce condo peut accueillir 6 personnes avec un lit King dans chaque chambre et un lit Queen EZ Sleeper que vous pouvez utiliser dans le salon. La cuisine trÚs moderne comprend des appareils neufs et améliorés, deux cafetiÚres: une Keurig 2. 0 (avec carafe) et une marque Cuisinart. Dans la salle à manger / salon, il y a un refroidisseur à vin rempli avec de la place pour des collations supplémentaires. Il y a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces avec barre de son pour le salon et une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Le paquet de cùbles comprend la connectivité WiFi. Un mobilier contemporain décore cette nouvelle location. Sont également fournis quatre chaises de plage, un parasol, des jouets de plage et des jeux.

Inclus dans le loyer est un nettoyage unique aprÚs la location et un paquet de linge qui comprend: lits faits avec fourniture de linge (drap-housse et drap de dessus pour chaque lit et canapé-lit) Serviettes (8 serviettes, 3 essuie-mains, 6 débarbouillettes et torchons): Savon en barre, savon à main fourni avec sacs poubelle, papier toilette et détergent pour lave-vaisselle

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec de la vaisselle, de l'argenterie, des ustensiles de cuisine et bien sûr tous les appareils ménagers.

Quelque chose Ă  propos de notre bĂątiment Arcadian II

Nous sommes une tour plus petite; Oui, seulement 6 condos par Ă©tage. Il n'attend pas longtemps l'ascenseur. Pas de course le matin pour garder vos chaises longues Ă  la piscine. Ces problĂšmes ne sont jamais un problĂšme dans notre immeuble car nous avons beaucoup de chaises longues et d'excellents ascenseurs. Oh et pas de mauvais emplacements dans ce bĂątiment car tous sont en bord de mer.
Le court de tennis est disponible la plupart du temps mais sinon vous pouvez le réserver.
Notre porte arriÚre est à seulement 25 mÚtres de la plage! Grand parking avec des espaces à proximité de l'entrée! Chariots Bellmen prÚs de la porte d'entrée pour vous aider à faire entrer et sortir vos bagages.

La section Arcadian Shores est située entre Myrtle et North Myrtle Beach dans le comté de Horry non constitué en société. Notre adresse est à Myrtle Beach mais à une petite distance de la foule. Si vous aimez la foule à l'occasion, le restaurant est à 2 minutes. L'atterrissage aux pieds nus est à 5 minutes en voiture et Broadway à la plage à environ 15 minutes.

This is my second time in this unit and the location is the best. Quiet and not overly crowded. My only complaint is the cleaning service is not the best. There are a lot of mirrors in the kitchen/dining area; they were streaked. There were still water splatter marks on the mirrors behind the sink and food splatter (looked like tomato sauce) on a mirrored outlet plate. That tells me the mirrors were not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen floor needed a good vacuuming and mopping. I provide this info. because I feel like the owner needs to know the cleaning service is not the best (or he's not getting what he pays for). Otherwise, we love the space, appreciate so much the availability of beach chairs. One thing that needs to be updated in the check-in/out procedures is the current bathroom code for the pool deck area. Otherwise, thank you!

Excellent Stay

We were on vacation here in Myrtle Beach for the first time and stayed in this lovely condo. Condo and property is very clean and well taken care of. Location is perfect right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. In the amenities, it said there were umbrellas and chairs available with the condo. Went to get the umbrellas and there were none available. I messaged Frank, the property manager, to tell him there wasn't any he reimbursed me for my rental fees that day. If you need chairs or umbrellas, they have rentals right in front of the condo. Pool very clean and right on beach. They have a nice grill and a picnic table area where you can have a cookout.

Fabulous Stay!

We loved our stay! It was very peaceful, which was great as we had our 2-year-old with us. The view of the beach was stunning. The pool was great! We loved the retro interior design in the living room and kitchen! I highly recommend staying here!

Much smaller than the photos show. Toilets ran constantly. Only lamplight in every room but the bathrooms and kitchen! Lighting was horrible! The lights over the dining table NEVER worked! We called owner to report this. He said he'd send an electrician but no one ever showed up! The patio door had no blinds and it was blinding from the suns refection off the ocean in the mornings. . The patio door in the Master BR wouldnt open! The furniture was extremely worn and uncomfortable! The owner did offer a "$150"refund. Very disappointing stay!!!

THE VIEW!!!

We had a wonderful visit! 4 adults, beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The view off of the balcony is to die for! Of course, that is where we spent most of our time. TV was fantastic for football. This condo is so much nicer than the pictures give it credit for. There was a young lady security guard ( I can't remember her name now), who was an absolute joy and made us feel very welcome. DEFINITELY plan to visit here again. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Myrtle!

View can't be beat!

This condo is clean and well maintained but the star is the location. Sitting on the balcony you're literally feet from the sand and waves. Building is secure and unit is exactly as advertised. Don't hesitate! Book your stay here now!

Beautiful section of the beach. View from the third floor was incredible. Check in and check out was very easy. Felt safe with on site security. Condo was very spacious and could easily accomodate a family without being on top of wach other. Televisions in every room was nice but honestly, with the view, i would have never turned them on if the US Open wasnt on! I would definitely recommend and come back.

Myrtle Beach in November

The condo was one of the best condos that we have stayed in our 30 years of coming to Myrtle. The renovation was very nice and the condo was clean. However there are two items that we feel need attention. First there needs to be nonslip mats in the bath tubs. Secondly, the mattresses need to be up graded. Overall we had a very nice week at the beach.

Getaway with family

Property was as described online VRBO. No issues. Beds were clean and nice: one firmer where other was softer. Only concern was this was 1 week after Hurricane Ian and the pool was not open due to sand and ocean water that flooded it. But there were no other issues from the Hurricane and we still enjoyed lots of shore fishing and the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and activities close (outlets, mini golf, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach). Normally we drive down to Myrtle Beach but this time we flew into Myrtle Beach Airport, which is a nice smaller airport to navigate and on-site car rental right outside baggage claim.

Easily the best beach in the area. The only downside of the stay is the uncomfortable furniture. The best way to describe it is a Beetlejuice theme that is as uncomfortable as it looks. The beds are comfortable so you'll be in them early since there's nowhere else to relax. But you're likely here for the beach which is always the most relaxing spot we've stayed over the years.

Perfect Vacation

This property was great! It was our first time at Myrtle beach and if we come back it will definitely be here. Everything was there that we needed and it was very clean. Every one was friendly and the property was very secure. We had a problem with the microwave and Frank was there that day with a new one. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Arcadian Shores

My family and I absolutely love this beach. This is our second time staying at the Arcadian. This time though
.the direct beach access was not opened until 7:30 am. Many of the guest including myself were not aware of this. The rental was nice and clean. This rental has no extra linens. (Blankets, pillow cases, sheets) We actually ran to Walmart to pick up some. We experienced a problem with the microwave. It would just beep, then let out a very loud one (woke the kids). After reading more reviews I now see that the microwave has been a problem. We just unplugged it. Since this was not our first time staying at an Arcadian I did let the property owner know that he had a nice place but also addressed the lack to direct beach access early, and the lack of linen. The owner was very short and did not seem to know even himself that the access from the building basically is not unlocked until the maintenance man comes. Of all the years we have come to this beach in general this was my least favorite experience due to the lack of beach access and owner lack of caring. Not comfortable with who you are renting from is not enjoyable. Unfortunately with that feeling we took pictures of how clean we leave the place and the condition. I hope this review helps. I know I use the reviews when searching for a rentals.
