Check-out instructions
The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys.
If the golf cart was rented, please make sure it is plugged in charging and the Golf Cart key left on the kitchen table!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Golf Car Curfew | Ocean Lakes has a Midnight curfew for the operation of a Golf Car and other modes of transportation (such as e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) during Spring Break weeks, from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day, and Halloweekends. These modes of transportation (golf cars, e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) must return to their registered site by Midnight and will be subject to a $100 fine if operated from
Midnight to 5 AM.
Age Curfew | Guests under 21 years of age are subject to Ocean Lakes' curfew and must return to their site by Midnight unless accompanied by an adult from their site or the guest (or their parent/guardian) will be subject to a $100 fine.
Primary guest must remain for entire stay!
Absolutely no parties, no loud, vulgar music, or language.
