The room itself was as described and clean but sparsely equipped. 1 dish towel, no kitchen sponge, no paper towels, etc. The property, grounds and building are in need of major maintenance. The hot tubs were cold, however, 2 of them were fixed by day 3 and the last one was fixed our last day. They can use a good power washing as the green on the cement made the water look dirty. Our contact Julie did respond to our concerns but basically said the building maintenance is the HOA responsibility. The whole property could use an upgrade and power washing. There is no one onsite for questions. I will say that upon booking with VRBO I didnât realize I was dealing with a rental company and not a private owner. The constant e-mails trying to sell extra days and the ominous e-mails about extra charges for everything from getting the towels or sheets dirty to not setting the TV properly made our vacation stressful. All in all the rental room was as described and the view from the balcony was amazing. Julie was very responsive to our e mails but dealing with rental company was stressful.
