The Space:

The accommodation opens to a balcony-equipped bedroom facing the ocean as soon as you enter the foyer. The terrace's breathtaking views of the ocean make it the ideal place to enjoy a late-night drink or your morning coffee. Take advantage of the convenience of having a separate kitchen in your apartment, furnished with a stove, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator.

The Neighborhood:

This beachside resort has a ton of amenities. Oceanfront pools, a large pool deck with lounging areas, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, and a lazy river ride are just a few of the features. A swimming pool inside! Interactive splash and play area suitable for children. ideally situated close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the seaside, only a short drive away. Ripley's Aquarium, Market Common, and Broadway at the Beach are all just a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known local restaurants, stores, golf courses, and attractions. Most importantly, free!



Getting Around:

Using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft is strongly recommended. In addition, Turo

Other Things to Note:

This room does not permit smoking. Both within the room and on the balcony, smoking is prohibited.



This is not a hotel room; it's the owner's condo. Kindly treat this as though it were your own house. Although no one is on the scene all the time, we will do everything in our power to address any issues as soon as they come up.



Note: The children's play area, fitness center, laundry room, and on-site restaurants (including the coffee shop and tiki bar) will be closed to visitors as of 9/1/21. The Schooner building's indoor pool will continue to be open.



NOTES:

* Pets are not allowed between March 1 and October 31.

- Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30 days or more) during the months of November, December, January, and February.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Pinnacle building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.
