* If oversized parking is full, guests will need to use nearby public parking at Dunes Village Resort.

* All guests must display an official Beach Colony parking pass to enter the garage.

* Parking passes must include the condo number and reservation dates.

* Reservation confirmations or screenshots will NOT be accepted in place of parking passes.

* The indoor pool area is currently under renovation and is expected to reopen around September 2026.

* Renovations include repairs, upgrades, new flooring, ceiling work, and drainage improvements.

* Outdoor amenities remain available during this time.

* Beach Colony is continuing major property improvements throughout 2026, including indoor pool renovations and upcoming parking deck repairs.

* Work is being completed in phases to minimize guest disruption.

* Guests are encouraged to report suspicious activity or disturbances to the front desk immediately.

Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC, this condo is conveniently located. It is within walking distance and located in the Heart Of Myrtle Beach. Steps away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Boardwalk, and Splashes Water Park. Great Location is central to everything in Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Awesome property, perfect for what we were looking for. Enjoyed the amazing views from the patio all week long, it was truly a great experience. Pools were fun and just a quick path to the beach. Super cool, we came prepared and enjoyed every minute of it. Only sad part of the trip is when it was time to checkout. I highly recommend booking this place now, you will not regret. I look forward to bringing the family back next year. Thank you Julie for the awesome place!

Pleasantly Surprised

Booked this place while traveling to Myrtle Beach and I have to say this place was SOOoo much better than expected. Gorgeous views, reasonable price, clean unit, great communication with Julie. There are so many amenities in the building that are available & we were just a feet from the beach. I would have loved to extend the trip, but will certainly be returning soon and will be staying here. Thank you for helping us to have such a wonderful experience!!
