Conveniently located and within steps of the Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away. A short drive to many popular restaurants in the area.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo

Other Things to Note:

This room is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas within the resort. Kindly utilize these specified areas for smoking. Please note that this condo is privately owned and differs from a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- This unit won't have access to the fitness center.

- All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.

- Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts.



HOA's new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.

- For Airbnb guests, check-in and verification will be handled by Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation for check-in.

- Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.
