Nestled in the quiet, family-friendly Summer Cottage community, you’ll be just a short 3–5 minute walk (approximately 150 yards) from the beach and only steps from two private neighborhood swimming pools.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath raised beach house has been thoughtfully updated with modern finishes while maintaining the relaxed coastal atmosphere that makes vacations so memorable.

The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach, featuring comfortable seating, Smart TV, abundant natural light, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen make family meals easy, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
