The Good: The condo was spacious. It was in very close proximity to the beach and pet friendly. The linens and bedding were clean and fresh. The cleaning crew did the very best they could given the state of maintenance of the condo.The Bad: There was a coffee pot available, but no filters and no coffee. The utility closet door (in the kitchen) was broken exposing all cleaning supplies and utensils as well as washer and dryer. Closet doors missing in the bedrooms. The front door and many of the walls were scuffed and very dirty. Mattresses left a bit to be desired.The Ugly: The curtains in the bedrooms are very sheer and the adjacent parking garage has extremely bright lights that shine all night into the bedrooms. The back sliding door was unlocked upon my wife and sonâs arrival with construction workers right outside the door making for an uncomfortable and even potentially dangerous situation upon arrival. The locking mechanism for the slider was effective but a bit unconventional so figuring it out would have been much more obvious had it been locked. Lastly, the parking was atrocious, the number of spaces was inadequate for the occupants of the condos, we were forced to park on the street two of the three nights of our stay. On top of there being too few spaces, the parking space lines were chaotic. The parking lot lines had been repainted at some point presumably to create more spaces and the original lines were not removed.
