Welcome to our Condo! Our spectacular COZY 2BR/2BA very spacious condo has all BRAND-NEW furnishings and linen. This condo is located within the 1,300 acres gated Legends Golf Resort, with a delightful atmosphere all around it. Surrounded with the club house pool, hot tub and playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The Space:
BED & BATH

Both Bedrooms have 2 Queen Beds, dresser, two nightstands, large walk-in closet, flat screen TV with cable access and 1 has an en-suite private bathroom. The other bath is located off the hall for easy access from each bedroom or living area.


LIVING AREA

Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a super comfy funiture, coffee table, two end tables with lamps and a large flat screen TV on our beautiful TV stand. We also have a BRAND-NEW Full-size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room.

KITCHEN & DINING

Our Beautiful fully equipped; fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, microwave, double sided refrigerator with bottom pull out freezer & dishwasher), a Keurig coffee machine. Our kitchen features a eat at bar with barstools and a breakfast nook inside the kitchen with a round dining table that will accommodate 2 guests, along with a small desk space you can work at as well.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining room table with seating to accommodate up to 4 guests.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as STARTER rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Guest Access:
Keypad Entry for convenient self check-in

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.


PARKING:

- Please park either beside the building or across from the building. There are ONLY 2 vehicles are allowed for this property.

- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED!

- NO PARKING or DRIVING IN THE LAWN!

- No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's permitted!

Enjoy all the Legends Golf Resort Amenities & Clubhouse. Centrally located just off Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach, the Heathland, Moorland, and Parkland courses are nestled within the Scottish-inspired Legends Golf Resort facility. Legends Golf Resort offers 5 of the Best Championship Golf Courses available in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding states of South Carolina and North Carolina. We are just 5 miles from all the great beaches as well as everything Myrtle Beach has to offer without staying in all the congestion.

At the main entrance of Legends Golf Resort which off US HWY. 501 you will find a variety of Restaurants like (Outback Steakhouse, The Grumpy Monk, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux), Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) and The Tanger Outlets.

Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are super convenient to get to from the Legends Golf Resort. There is absolutely something for everyone in the family. So, whether you’re a golfer, water enthusiast, or just enjoy spending a day at the beach, renting a home at Legends is just the place for you.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.


- Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!

- Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.


- Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

- Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure.

-Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Highly recommend

Stayed here for 9 nights and it was perfect. Quick responses for assistance with wifi connection. Would stay here again and again. Lots of space. Comfy beds. Everything as advertised.

Girls trip for Coastal Game

Property was great. Plenty of room. Property as described. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of towels and washcloths were available. The location was perfect for tailgating at CCU. Only suggestions I would have is some basic seasoning in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. Maybe add a guest book with nearby attractions such as favorite restaurants or menus and check out instructions. Although check out was very simple and host was quick to respond with answers. We will be back. Thank you.

Said there was going to be shampoo, conditioner and check in instructions by 1pm the day of check in . After REPEATED attempts texting and calling, I finally got them by 8pm. I was extremely frustrated. There also was no blow dryer, which I expected, but was not in description, so I shouldn’t have expected it. The kitchen is basic. Make sure you buy salt and pepper along with Everything else. This is not your typical Vrbo .

Moving in Daughter to Coastal

A great place, super clean. We were there for 4 days and everything was great. Beds could use a topper (very firm) but that is my only suggestion. It is a place where groups of male golfers hang so be prepared, especially at the pool, my daughter and wife were "surprised by them"
