The Space:
*Studio on the 4th floor (Renaissance Building) Relaxing & comfy place
* 1 queen bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room
*kitchen equipped with all basics
*AC
*flat screen TV.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The place is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.
*Pool, hot tub and tennis court available.
