L'un des rares condos de 4 chambres sur la plage!

Windemere 301, construit en 1985, est situé dans la section Ocean Dr trÚs populaire de North Myrtle Beach. Nous venons d'acheter cet appareil à la fin de juin 2017. Notre rénovation est maintenant terminée et comprend de nouveaux meubles, un nouvel ensemble de chambre principale avec un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin avec 1 "de mousse à mémoire de forme et de l'aloÚs infusé! Nouveaux matelas jumeaux améliorés pour la chambre numéro deux. Nouveau mobilier d'extérieur comprenant deux chaises supplémentaires de taille bar (total de 4 chaises de taille bar maintenant) et une table de taille bar. Tous les nouveaux lits se répandent dans toutes les chambres et les nouveaux petits appareils électroménagers pour la cuisine, les nouveaux pots et casseroles et de nombreux autres ustensiles de cuisine et gadgets! Tout récemment repeint partout. Vient de terminer en mai 2018 (pas encore en photos) - Nouvelle éclaboussure dans la cuisine, mur de bar décoratif, salles de bains rénovées, nouveau plancher en LR, DR, chambre principale et salle de bain et plus encore.
Profitez de la terrasse de stationnement au troisiĂšme Ă©tage qui vous permet de vous garer directement devant notre porte de condo pour un accĂšs facile!
Windermere 301 est un condo final avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Balcon spacieux.

Ce condo ensoleillé est situé dans le quartier populaire de Myrtle Beach Nord. Le condo a toutes les commodités pour votre plaisir de vacances. Une large plage, une piscine, un bain à remous et un grill sont disponibles sur place.

La cuisine est entiÚrement meublée pour permettre des plats cuisinés à la maison, y compris un café Keurig. Minimisez votre charge de travail en profitant du lave-vaisselle de l'unité. Il y a amplement d'espace pour s'asseoir et manger confortablement au bar du petit déjeuner ou à la table à manger.

Ascenseur, laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo et cuisine nouvellement approvisionnée sont tous à apprécier.

Ocean View

Location, location, location! Loved the immediate beach access both for swimming and sitting in the day time, and for walking in the evening. Loved sitting with coffee in early morning on the balcony looking at and hearing the ocean. Condo is close to Myrtle Beach activities and restaurants. Beds are great. Rooms and bathrooms very good for a group.

Scott’s condo was clean and had a great layout for our family. There was plenty of room for all 5 and we all loved the place! Scott was very responsive to anything at all times, although we had no trouble at all there. If was all just beautiful and a great location!

Decent but not luxury

Kitchen dishes needed washing before use. Only cookie sheet was rusted and gross, no blow dryer, had to find the instructions to use the master shower, 2 of the porch chairs were broken foot rest and the AC only really worked well the last 1/2 of the trip. Landlord was responsive and location is fabulous but would not book here again.

Perfect North Myrtle Beach Location

I have been to Myrtle Beach several times, but this is the first time I stayed in N. Myrtle Beach. My daughter and grandsons accompanied me. We were so happy with the accommodations, and it was an easy commute to the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach,The Aquarium, Wonderworks Barefoot Landing & the Boardwalk. My grandsons loved having the Beach right outside the door, and Parking was so convenient.

Would definitely book again!

Cozy beachfront condo, decorated perfectly for your beach vacation. We came from Northern Michigan snow so we really enjoyed the warmth, coziness and home feeling along with all the space. The property is clean and well kept. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Excellent location! We stayed in Myrtle Beach before and this was our first time staying in North Myrtle Beach. We loved this area more. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

Wonderful Condo and location

Condo has wonderful views and plenty of space for our group of six. Location is awesome! Close to restaurants, Barefoot Landing, shopping, etc. Scott is very responsive. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Parking deck was closed for work while we were there but this unit has basically at the door parking on third level of deck when open. Had everything we needed and a great balcony to enjoy the view.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Perfect for Families of all ages

We stayed here for a local baseball tournament with our family of 7. Four adults (including two grandparents), and three children 13, 10, and 6. The access to the unit was incredibly convenient. It's the third floor, so up off the ground, but on the same level as the top of the parking garage which made it super easy to unload/load, and even better for grandparents! We stayed early November and the weather was mild/perfect. The balcony provided a great retreat for a sunrise and to look out over the ocean and take in all the relaxing sounds that come with staying ocean-front. Very convenient access to the beach right out front, and our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Great time of year in early November as it was not busy at all, weather was warm, and we were able to relax and spend some quality family time. Highly recommend.

A Perfect NMB getaway

Our beach trip was very special this year because it was our grandson's first beach trip as a 3 month old!! We continue to enjoy the condo because it suits our needs perfectly-the location, the views, the parking, the quiet, the indoor pool, and easy access to the beach!! The condo lay out is very conducive for family togetherness. Another great reason that we love the condo is the great communication with Scott!! We already have booked for 2025!!

Great location, easy entry and unloading

We have stayed in North Myrtle many times but this is the first for this property. Things I loved: location, the ocean view windows in the living room, the communications with owner and most of all the easy entry (key code so no waiting for the key at an agency) and the easy parking and unloading. All of these make the property top notch. Then you add beautiful decor, clean and a well stocked kitchen and you have a huge win! Negatives: bathrooms are a little tight in their design and the footboard in the master bedroom is a no go for a tall people. Overall two resounding thumbs up. Will definitely stay when we come back.

A beautiful view!

This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves at night and a very easy access path to the beach— flat with no steps so if you have older people who are navigating a walker or you have alot if beach gear, this is the place for you! There was enough room that you didn’t feel like you were stepping on each other and the kitchen was very user friendly. Also great pantry for storing your supplies! Bathrooms were fine, although they say they are updated recently, I feel like the tub/showers and counter tops were the only things left to be updated. Overall it was a great place to stay! The property mgr was very responsive to any inquiries I had and the beach was amazing! May come back next year!

Five high school friends celebrating friendship in Myrtle Beach. Ages 70+. Condo was perfect for the five of us. Communication with Scott was terrific. Immediate response to my many questions was a plus! Great view, comfy beds, well stocked with kitchen supplies and right on the beach. Oh and parking right by the door! We couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend this condo.
