While the unit is not fully ADA-accessible, it is single-level with elevator access and easy entry.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and kitchen basics; longer stays may require restocking.

No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.

The south-facing balcony gets beautiful sun and shade throughout the day; ideal for relaxing with a view.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

No Motorcycles of Trailers are allowed on the Resort Property or Parking Area.
Additional Rules
- No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. A $250 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

- No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed in this unit.

- No Parties or Events: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate removal and additional fees.

- Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

- Respect the Property: Please treat the space as you would your own. Any damaged or missing items will be reported and charged accordingly.

- Towels & Linens: Do not take indoor towels or linens to the beach.

- Trash Removal: Please take out all trash before check-out and place it in the designated trash chute or bin.

- Lost Key Fee: A $150 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned key fob or parking pass.
