Golf Cart - Boho Beach Condo -Mins to BEACH

This condo is located in the beautiful gated community, Savannah Shores. Since this gate is never left open, you will be given specific instructions prior to your initial arrival for your first time entering the community and will be given a gate key to use for the remainder of the stay.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size blow up mattress, a pack n' play for babies and toddlers, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet. This room also has direct access to the bathroom.

The bathroom has an oversized shower and two sinks. You will also be provided with the basics; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room.

The second bedroom has 2 very comfy twin beds, a full size blow up mattress, a smart TV and a walk-in closet.

The living room has a 50' smart TV with access to all of your favorite cable channels, including some of your favorite premiums. You will also have access to Netflix and a plethora of other programming apps.

You will also have unlimited access of a fully stocked kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.

On the property, you will have access to a well maintained, oversized pool (heated April 15 - October 15), 3 outdoor showers, a gym, a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a playground, a car washing station (to get that sand out of your car), and a putting green to perfect that putt ;).

The Savannah Shores neighborhood is a short walk/golf cart ride to stores and some of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. This community is also located less than a mile from the beach and blocks from golf courses and the Tanger outlets.

Any reservation that includes bringing a dog will need approval before being able to book. If you are approved to bring your dog(s), you MUST include it on your reservation. You do this by adding a pet in the same place you add adults and children on the reservation.

GOLF CART USE:

MUST SIGN A SEPARATE CONTRACT/WAIVER AND PAY A $250 FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. EACH DRIVER MUST HAVE (AND PROVIDE PROOF OF) A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE.

The condo is stocked with all of the essentials for making your trip an unforgettable one. You will have unlimited access to both adult and kid board/card games, beach toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, tennis racquets and tennis balls, a beach volleyball, beach towels, boogie boards, pool toys, a beach bag, a stroller, a beach wagon, and a BLOW UP STAND-UP PADDLE BOARD. *Due to COVID-19, we DO NOT provide snorkel gear for our guests*
