Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of Pine Hills #7 green and #8 tee box right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This condo is located near Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Ripken Experience, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Coastal Carolina University, Market Common and much much more!

2nd time staying here. The host has always provided us with everything we need for the duration of our stay. The unit itself is very pleasant and clean and normally would be perfect for us. The downside this time was that the parking lot was being paved. The closest we could park was several hundred yards away. Not ideal for us to have to take 2 golf bags, 2 suitcases, groceries that far and then up 3 flights of stairs. That said, we would still use it for our next golf trip if available.

Condo was very clean, and had all the necessary essentials to make our stay easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Location was great! Anything we needed - beach, grocery stores, airport, playground, restaurants, etc. were all within a short drive. Check in was quick and easy, and communication with the property manager was very efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 3rd year staying with this host and this property & we absolutely LOVE it! Perfect location, always clean. My husband loves the golf course and we love the private pool as well. Cannot beat the price & the amazing communication from the host. We will continue to use every year!

Great Quiet Location Near EVERYTHING

We absolutely loved our stay at the magnolia condos! The golf course was quiet, the pool was relaxing with great friendly locals and of course other OHIOANS. The Broadway at the Beach and Boardwalk were a short drive and kept us entertained!

Amazing Rental

We drove from Tennessee and had alot of delays and set backs and our trip took 4 extra hours so by the time we got to our condo we were ready to relax! We got there and the area is beautiful! Very classy! Right away we had a smile on our face! We open the door to our condo and we felt instantly at home with a nice clean cool feeling! The decor is very nice and the view of the golf course was great! Close to beach, shopping, food & activities! Definitely recommend! We will definitely be coming back and staying!

Great view of the golf course!

We were in Myrtle Beach for our granddaughter's volleyball tournament Saturday and Sunday. We came down Thursday and stayed until Monday morning. This condo was the perfect place to relax before, during and after the tournament. Beautifully decorated and perfect for a couple's long weekend!

Amazing stay

My husband and I came for a PGA event and this property was perfect for us! The 10/10 reviews this place had were 100% accurate and the condo was exactly as listed! The location was central to so many things to do in Myrtle beach and the golf course it was located on was so peaceful. The pool was an amazing bonus and was a 30 second walk from the condo entrance. My husband and I are definitely going to stay here again in the future and are telling all of our golf loving friends and family about it too
