The Space:
Come enjoy this beautiful Dunes Village Resort END UNIT & OCEANVIEW condo. You will enjoy the resort amenities, areas nearby, and the condo itself. It is truly a peaceful paradise!
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: Private parking garage. **Important parking garage clearances** You will have 2 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. FRONT DESK is needed for guests upon arrival to obtain their parking passes, key access cards for amenities and parking garage. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats at the resort.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Stocked. K-cup coffee maker.
Living Area: Plenty of seating. Murphy bed. Sleeper sofa. Access to oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom: 2 queen beds. TV.
Bathroom: Full bathroom.
Balcony: Private balcony with an ocean views. Seating!
Beach: Beach view property. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions. Indoor areas are open year round. Waterpark! Pool tables! Shuffleboard! Kid activities! Restaurants! Much more!
Laundry: In-unit, private.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves (aside from locked owners closets) along with resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).

2 parking pass is provided for your stay. **Important parking garage clearances** Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine pest control happens every other month (even months) on the 1st Tuesday at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
