Due to parking, they will allow only one (1) vehicle on their property.



NOTES: The indoor pool area closed today 12/02/24 after check out to refinish all of the pools and touch up the murals and walls, as needed. The area will re-open on 12/20 at 8:30 am.

Pressure washing and line painting on the parking decks will also take place. They will be blocked off on the following dates so they are available for weekend use.

THE BAD: The bedroom has mold. When you walk in, you are hit with the smell of the mold. The lamps, walls, and ceiling have visible mold. The bathroom had a crusty shirt left behind from a previous guest. The front large eye of the stove doesn’t work, we remedied this by using the back large one. THE BETTER: The pools and splash pads were so much fun. Although you can hear the dj downstairs in the evening, it’s very muffled if your sliding door is closed and cannot hear it in the bedroom at all. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was otherwise clean. There was dish soap and a drying towel to clean the dishes that they provide. The check in and check out process was simple and really laid out plainly! We will not be choosing this room again.

Only 2 issues the whole week. The terrible hotel dj eight below the room. Cant hear the ocean between 8pm and 11pm. The water pressure is awful. Washing dishes was an pain in the butt and showers were long due to rinsing hair out.

We had such a great time here! The room was clean, cozy, and honestly the view was incredible. Waking up to the beach and ocean right outside the window felt like a dream. For the price, it really felt like a hidden gem.Just a heads up for anyone booking. The hotel has something called splash passes that give access to certain amenities, but since this rental is privately owned and not booked through the hotel itself, those extras are not included. That is just how the hotel is set up and has nothing to do with the VRBO owner. Honestly, for how much we saved compared to booking directly through the hotel, it was still totally worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank goodness there was a nice view

The view was great. The unit was dirty. Blood smudge on the door next to number key pad. The door leading to the kitchen had a multiple holes in it. The handle for the sliding door leading to the balcony was completely broken. They expect you to do dishes but don’t supply you with any sponges to clean them. You’re probably better off booking straight through the resort. I bet they take better care of their units.

Restful

The bed was comfortable and the view was great. We loved sitting on the lanai watching and listening to the waves. However, the resorts music venue below our unit did interrupt our enjoyment of the ocean. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Condo was nice. Needs some updates though. Lots of entertainment in the evening. Beautiful sunrises. Not real happy with bigfish rentals rules.
