This apartment features 2 queen beds, and 1 full-size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This rental is a 1-bedroom condo which allows for privacy and separation from the main living space and sleeping area. This condo offers a private balcony with endless views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Upon entering the condo, guests will find the bedroom to the right. This bedroom features 2 queen size beds, a night stand, TV with basic cable, and a dresser for storage. This room is perfect for 2-4 guests.

There is a full sized kitchen in this vacation rental. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook a meal or snack! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

Just off from the kitchen, guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. Behind the kitchen is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a full size tub / shower, vanity, oversized mirror, cabinets for storage, toilet, and tile flooring.

Entering the living room, there is a full sized murphy bed perfect for sleeping 1-2 guests. The living room also features a dining table and chairs, TV with basic cable, and access to the oceanfront balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 16th floor of Sandy Beach Resort, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets!


Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
