Completely setup with beach chairs, yoga mats, plenty of books, CDs and family board games, cable/TV in each room, free Wi-Fi, plenty of upgrades and pristine condition, ready for guests looking for the perfect vacation spot!
Key fob and bracelets access to outdoor pools in Magnolia Place complex, easy access to golf courses, only 1 mile drive to the beautiful beach of Atlantic Ocean, 1 mile to BROADWAY AT THE BEACH, 10 minutes drive to North Myrtle Beach, very close to multiple shopping malls, theatre, restaurants, night life and amusements for all ages!

Please note the building has no elevator, access via exterior stairs, condo is on 3rd floor.
Plenty of parking space in front of building, however RVs, golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed in complex parking areas.

Amazing!

Our 5 day stay was such a good time and it had a lot to do with staying at this amazing place! It was very clean and welcoming. The pool we went to was never packed and the place was always nice and quiet which is great when staying in such a busy place like Myrtle! We hope to stay here again in the near future!!

The perfect place for us.

We reserved this months before our arrival and our host was attentive and responsive to all communication. We had a change of schedule at the last minute, and while this condo was not available, our host went beyond the call of duty to research other locations for the two nights we needed. Totally appreciated. We will return should be make a trip to Myrtle Beach.

Great Golf Stay

Was better than I expected. Condo was clean, AC felt so good after playing two rounds of golf everyday and being tired. Wonderful location, central to many of the best golf courses and restaurants.

Awesome Vacation/Golf

Our time in Myrtle beach at Mireal Lazescu and Joe Federer condo was awesome. From the balcony you can see the entire par 3 on Pinehill and the putting green of the previous hole. We so enjoyed watching other golfers teeing off...better and funnier, at times than the golf channel lol. The area had great restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Definitely will go back and do recommend!

Clean and quiet condo

We were in Myrtle Beach for our daughter’s softball tournament. We didn’t have much free time to enjoy the property (swimming pools or golf course) but the condo was everything that we needed! It was clean, centrally located and it was stocked with everything. Thank you!

Ripken Experience

My 12 yo son was playing the week at Ripken Experience. The property was about 3 miles from Ripken. My family of 4 was the correct size for this property. If we return to MB with family of 4 or 5 we will definitely look at this property again. Great experience and by the way our team, Morgantown Redbirds 12u went 9-0 at Ripken and won the Tidal Wave championship.

Great Stay!

I just want to say we had a wonderful stay. The check in process was easy with no issues. The owners left easy contact information. Even though I didn’t have to contact them for any reason. What was heart warming was they left a welcoming gift for when we arrived. The wine was very touching. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I would rent again with no hesitation.

Charming Condo

This was our 2nd time renting this condo and again we were very pleased. It was clean, warm and inviting. The layout is perfect for two couples. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the golf course. The location can’t be beat with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants nearby. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Perfect Simplicity & Relaxation

As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. From the thank you note to the bottle of Chardonnay greeting us on the sofa table, then onto the tastefully decorated rooms. Everything you would need in a kitchen is there! The patio overlooking to golf course was very nice. We enjoyed our stay 100% and would highly recommend this property. No complaints! Virginia

Cozy Condo in Myrtlewood

We had an excellent experience at this property. It is exactly as pictured and was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of appliances. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and there are plenty of towels. There is even a hamper. Since we stayed for a month, all of these niceties helped to make it feel like home. Mariela and Joe were very responsive and easy to contact. We liked this place so much that we did not even look for someplace else to stay next year-we will be going back. I highly recommend it.
