Located on the fifth floor of the Patricia Grand Resort, it offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests with a king bed and a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing homemade meals, while amenities like high-speed internet and Cable TV ensure a relaxing stay. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel confident you’ve chosen the ideal spot for your Myrtle Beach getaway!

Start your adventure at this iconic beachfront resort in the heart of the Grand Strand. Situated on the sparkling North Atlantic Ocean, it’s just 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park, 2 miles from the lively Boardwalk and Promenade, and a quick 4.8 miles from the airport.

The resort boasts a family-friendly vibe with oceanfront dining, indoor and outdoor amenities, and direct beach access. Kids will love the indoor pool, and groups of all sizes can enjoy spacious suites with breathtaking Atlantic views. You're also just minutes from top attractions like Broadway at the Beach and other fun family-friendly spots.

Day or night, there’s endless entertainment to explore! Sing your heart out at karaoke or enjoy laughs at comedy clubs. By day, dive into amusement park thrills, water slides, or boutique shopping at Barefoot Landing, where great food and live entertainment await. Take a stroll through gardens, visit the zoo, or hike nature trails. For a unique perspective, soar above it all on a helicopter tour or ride the famous Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel.

Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up to 40 lbs, dog fee $25 per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. ONLY DOGS are allowed. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions). (Maximum of 2 Dogs Allowed ) No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip.

Guest Access:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the balcony is currently not accessible due to required safety repairs mandated by the building management. Prices have been adjusted to reflect this temporary closure.
Guests have full access to the suite and all resort amenities.

Location Highlights:
This centrally located resort is within walking distance of popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. It’s also a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, the Convention Center, the Sports Center, and the Boardwalk—close enough to walk if you’re up for it!

Other Things to Note:
Easy Check-In: All suites use code locks, so there’s no need to visit the front desk. Your access code will be sent by 4 PM on your check-in day.
Parking: Two parking passes will be ready in your suite upon arrival.
Fully Equipped Suites: Each suite includes basic kitchenware like silverware and plates/bowls.
Dog-Friendly Units: Only suites at Patricia Grand permit dogs. Please inquire for details about pet-friendly accommodations.
Linens & Essentials: Linens and towels for each guest will be provided, along with starter items like trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Additional items are available for a small fee.
Beach Rentals: Items like beach chairs and umbrellas are not included but can be rented from lifeguards on the beach.
Please note, all our suites are privately owned and managed off-site. For any questions or requests, contact us directly. The front desk will not have your information or be able to assist.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to severe weather, a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations due to weather in other areas preventing travel to Myrtle Beach will not qualify for a refund. To safeguard your trip, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season or other times with higher risks of inclement weather.

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
