Welcome to Lou's Lounge – a cozy, comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach home located in the highly sought-after 5000 section of Ocean Lakes Family Campground! Perfect for families, this charming home includes a complimentary golf cart, cozy indoor space, and a gated front porch with a TV for outdoor lounging after long beach days.

Here's what to expect:

Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: 1 Full
Third Bedroom: 1 Full

🚿 Bathrooms:
Primary bathroom is located in a central area and has large walk-in shower.
Second bathroom is an ensuite off the primary bedroom. There is also a stackable washer and dryer so you can pack light.

Kitchen and Dining-
The kitchen has full sized appliances and is equipped with place settings for six
There is a dining table that seats four.
It has your basic needs to make simple meals.

-Golf cart included for easy rides to the beach and activities
-Covered Front deck with outdoor entertainment and a gate to be sure young kids can play while you relax

-4 sets of bath towels per bathroom (each set includes bath towel, Hand towel, and washcloth)
-Beach gear available for guest use – including 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys

--We supply you with a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags and a roll of paper towels to get you started.

🚗 Important Info:
Not pet-friendly
Parking for 2 vehicle max at the home. There is also an overflow lot in the campground for any extra vehicles beyond two.
Parking Fee: $12/day per vehicle (if paid online 10+ days before check-in); $15/day if paid after that, per Ocean Lakes policy

Security Deposit and Agreements:
Guests are required to sign a Surfwind Rentals Guest Agreement and Golf Cart Agreement and authorize a security deposit to be held on your card prior to reservation.
The hold will be placed the day before check-in and will be released once the home passes inspection and Ocean Lakes confirms no violations were received during guests stay.

***Ocean Lakes has a 12:00 AM community-wide curfew

***Golf Cart Use: Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license on file to operate

🛎️ Guest Access + Support:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the covered porch, golf cart, and driveway for parking. The shed is sectioned off and half is used for homeowner storage, however you will have the other locking half to storge any belongings while there. You'll also have easy access to the campground amenities like the store and waterpark. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!
Check-in is contactless using a digital keypad or lock box for your convenience.
