Our ocean view vacation rental condo is outfitted with a full kitchen and an open living and sleeping area. With inviting coastal decor throughout, it is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking to immerse themselves in the iconic Myrtle Beach escape.

Our ocean view studio suite allows for comfortable living while providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 4 guests, as there is a king size bed as well as a sleeper sofa. This makes it perfect for couples, friends, families, and golfers.

-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.

-Non-smoking and non-vaping property (this includes balconies and common areas such as pool and stairwell)

-Drip coffee maker located in unit.

-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st

-1 parking pass permitted.

-No golfcarts/trailers/motorcycles allowed.

-No Pets Allowed

-Check in Information will be sent 3 days prior to check in

-NOTE-**This is a privately owned unit, guests do not have access to the onsite restaurant or bar.**

-This unit is located on the 6th floor

-Coin operated laundry room on site.

-Daily housekeeping unavailable.

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection:For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

**Please Note-Unit is for sale. There could possibly be a 5 to 10 minute showing during the stay. Guests will be notified in advance and are allowed to be in the unit or vacate. The realtor will lock up when they leave.**
