Savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen of the unit has an HDTV, a microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator. Updated décor, granite worktops, a hair dryer, round-the-clock security, text, email, and phone service for guests, heated and unheated outdoor and indoor pools, outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor lazy river, seaside pools, ice and vending machines, linens, washcloths, and towels, as well as an abundance of pools and natural areas are among the extra features. The seashore is just a short distance away."

This location offers a variety of food options, entertainment, shopping, and the recently opened Duplin Winery. This apartment, which is ideal for couples or small families, has a kitchen/living room, a bedroom, and enough space to sleep up to six people in about 630 square feet. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and Lazy Rivers, among other excellent amenities and breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Using Turo, a car rental service, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are highly recommended.

This apartment is not a hotel; it is privately owned. Kindly handle it with the same consideration that you would your own house.



Towels, washcloths, and bed linens are provided for your stay. There will also be a basic supply of toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags.



The lifeguards on the beach are directly responsible for renting chairs and umbrellas.



Since this is not a hotel, kindly be advised that daily maid service is not offered. For an additional cost, you can arrange for daily or biweekly maid service or a towel exchange.



NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st

NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.



Note: Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed



They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

Quiet and Relaxing Environment

Our condo was spacious and well equipped with everything that was needed. A couple of minor glitches were handled promptly by email with the property agent.

Old and dirty

Sea Watch and the location itself were both great. Centrally located with lots to do, beautiful grounds. Our only complaint with the resort was that the pools were cold. The condo is in need of major renovations. The beds were rock hard, furniture was old, couches smelly and very uncomfortable. We had to have the cleaning crew come back and clean the floors. Within an hour of being there the bottom of our feet were solid black. Not to mention covered in sand. It was so bad that we immediately regretted renting the condo.The rental agency will send you rules and a contract that are NOT disclosed on VRBO. You learn of these after you rent their condos. Big Fish has a poor reputation and had I done my research I would've never rented from them. I can now see why. We have rented many condos over the decades of coming to Myrtle and have never been dissatisfied until this year. I wouldn't recommend this condo or any others rented by Big Fish. They are cheap and down-right rude.

Beautiful location

Unit was clean and comfortable, bright and sunny. Gorgeous view of the ocean, beach and pools. Kitchen was well equipped. There are two coffee makers - Keurig and Mr Coffee. Very comfortable place for two couples. Sea Watch complex has great amenities. Renting agent was great. Would definitely book there again.

Weekend Beach Trip

The condo was perfect for our weekend beach trip. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was clear and easy. The resort was lovely and the views were amazing! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Beware - kept security deposit and stopped communicating

Prior to the start of our trip, communication was great. We received detailed instructions on check in and what to do during our stay. Upon arrival, I communicated a leaky faucet to the rental company and they responded via email within minutes. The condo was clean but older and dingy. The water pressure was terrible and the temperature was hard to maintain. When guests in adjoining condos used their hot water the pipes rattled through the walls and woke us all up. On the last day of our stay I emailed the management company to let them know that the coffee maker had stopped working. We didn't damage it; I turned it on and it simply decided to not make coffee that morning. I wanted them to know so it could be fixed for the next guest. Two days later I received an email that my entire $150 security deposit was being kept because we "broke" the coffee maker. I have sent 3 emails to the management company asking for more details, and 2 messages via VRBO over the last 2 weeks. All have gone unanswered. I find it quite ridiculous that I am being charged for something I 1) did not "break", 2) notified them of - as I could have not said anything, 3) costs less than $40 to replace and 4) am not able to have a reasonable conversation with anyone about it. Supplies and equipment wear down and break over time, especially in a rental with multiple guests. Should you choose to stay here, I hope you are not another unlucky guest who has something stop working during your stay!

Busy busy busy but nice.

Condo was ok
.needs some work/updates. 2nd bathroom is super small with lukewarm water & terrible water pressure. View was great! Resort is busy
always music playing & something going on. If you don’t rent beach chairs/umbrellas for your stay, you gotta fight for a spot on the beach behind them. Overall it wasn’t bad. Just not very calm & relaxing.
