Beautiful Oceanfront Condo, with amazing views, and breath taking sunrises.

Ocean front condo in a hotel, balcony overlooks the ocean for great morning sunrises and every now and then a dolphin swimming by. About a mile from the Ferris wheel, restaurants and boardwalk. Ability to walk to many restaurants and activities. Hotel has 23 pools and hot tubs, lazy river and children's play area. Unfortunately, due to renting directly from us, the water slides in the building next to ours are unavailable to our guests, this is a hotel policy. However, our condo has been updated recently, we have some beach chairs, wagon, sand toys and things in the closet (for all guests to use as a pay forward area, for next guests to enjoy). All the comforts needed for a fabulous beach vacation with amenities from home! The Hotel has done some new renovations and the areas look fabulous! Enjoy the new Tiki Bar and music.

4 night Quick beach trip

The condo is great. The room was clean other than the shower liner. However, the resort could use some work. The elevators were not properly working. Two got stuck. Working ice machines were few and far between. We could not enjoy the ocean front view and balcony do to the abundance of pot that was being smoked 24/7. I realize this is NOT anything the owner can help. However we were disappointed in the resort. We did love the coffee shop!

Loved the location! Beautiful ocean view and had everything we needed! Would recommend bringing extra towels and wash cloths if you dont want to have to do laundry they did provide 6 bath towels but I ended up having to wash them a couple times to get us through the week. They have a laundry room on the main floor so it was convenient. I would highly recommend this property! We had an amazing and relaxing week!

Right on the beach!!

This condo is right on the beach!! The balcony is amazing, and we spent the majority of the weekend out there!! You can just take the elevator downstairs and walk straight out to the beach too! Amazing!! We had a a great weekend, and we’re already talking about when we can go back! THANK YOU!

Family vacation - Amazing Views from 11th floor!!!

The views are amazing from the 11th floor!! The beds are very comfortable. The condo was clean and neat. There were a couple tiny hiccups, as a family of 6 staying, but communication with Host was excellent and issue resolved very quickly. We are a large family so we probably needed two bathrooms and will find a larger place next time, but otherwise it was a very good deal and everyone was comfortable. The building has 16 stories and tons of indoor/outdoor pools. We did have another guest staying there right below us outside smoking a joint constantly. As non smoking family, there were times we wanted to use the patio in evening and not smell marijuana but that happens with the public and couldn’t be helped. It doesn’t reflect on the host or the condo space. I’ve already recommended this to friends that have a smaller family as it was a nice rental!

Perfect for Our Anniversary Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our 20th wedding anniversary! The facility was clean and accommodating, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The view from the balcony is amazing! The location is perfect, as it is in south beach and off the main strip, but not too far away. The beach is very clean and beautiful! Prices for gifts and attractions in the area are very reasonable as well. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Saltwater therapy

This property is as close to a perfect location as I could have imagined. Super close to airport, groceries, and very convenient access to any restaurants or activities that might interest you. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the owner was quick to respond when contacted. We really enjoyed our time there!

Great condo

The condo was clean and had everything a beach vacationer might need. There were chairs, a wagon, and even a boogie board in the room. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. My only complaint was the inability to use all the hotel facilities. Renters through a 3rd party are not entitled to use the pools, slides, and even restaurants in the other buildings. We loved the easy access to the beach and really enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening.

Family vacation

Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Location was great, quiet and family oriented. Pools were the best part. My husband enjoyed the view every morning with his coffee. We loved the Starbucks on site and the tiki bar as well. Can't wait to come back!
