PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Two Washer & Dryer Sets (One on Each Side), Two Full Kitchens (One on Each Side) Equipped with Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

POOL & HOT TUB HEAT (OVERFLOW FROM HOT TUB INTO POOL)

This home may have the pool heated seasonally from April 1 through September 30. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the outside air temperature drops below 55°F, and the system typically heats the pool water 10–15 degrees warmer than the surrounding air temperature. This home features an oversized pool, and the fee to heat the pool is $600. Reservations over 7 nights are subjected higher fees. Pool heat must be requested at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival.

Built-in hot tubs are available to be heated year-round. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking. Hot tub heat must also be added at least 72 hours prior to arrival and cannot be added after check-in.
If pool heat is requested, the hot tub spillover feature heats both the pool and hot tub together. If you would like hot tub heat only (without spillover into the pool), the fee is $250 per reservation. Reservations over 7 nights are subjected higher fees.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

This home is intended for vacation stays only and may not be used as an event venue. Parties, weddings, receptions, reunions, or gatherings that exceed the home's maximum occupancy are not permitted. The maximum occupancy listed is strictly enforced.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
