Check-in was perfect. The place was very clean! We were not here for a beach vacation, so we didn’t use any of the beach items. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. to use if needed. Host checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well! Thumbs up!

I mainly spoke to Kathleen who was very kind and quickly responded to all of my questions to ensure our stay was great as well has the property met our needs. This property had everything we needed from the playpen to additional pillows and everything in between very family friendly. Everything was conveniently there and really had no need to leave upon arrival.

Kathleen and David were the best hosts that we have used on VRBO! They were responsive almost immediately before, during, and after our stay. The location was great within the complex and within the geographical landscape of Myrtle Beach. The condo had all the little things that you need especially when you have little ones. Great Condo

Condo was clean, and just as pictured. There were plenty of sheets, towels and extra blankets. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of cooking and baking supplies. Communication with the owner was excellent, Kathleen checked in with us and was quick with an answer to any questions. We visit this resort every year and this was my favorite condo yet, we’ve already booked to come back next year!

A home away from home

We loved our stay here. As soon as we walked in, we knew we chose the right place for us. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We had all the household items you would expect to have at your own home. The location was excellent close enough to everything, especially the beach! The communication prior to arriving was excellent as well. Kathleen answered all my questions promptly and made it a smooth check in process.

Great room in Myrtle Beach

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and didn’t have to run to the store to pick up extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Communication with the property owners was also spot-on. Every question I had was answered promptly and courteously. I would highly recommend this room and these owners to anyone.

It’s a gem

This is a great spot that is extremely close to the water. This is our second year staying here and it didn’t disappoint. It is clean, safe, and has just about everything you need for the perfect beach vacation with the family. If you are looking for an easy no hassle place to visit you should consider this condo. Please be aware, there is a $20 parking fee for the week. We noticed this reduced the overall volume of cars parking at the condos and allowed us to get parking that was close to our condo. The condo is a stones throw from the large pool and from the beach. You can’t ask for better.

Summer Fun

This condo was beautifully decorated, clean and furnished with very comfortable bedding and living room furniture. The kitchen looks updated with granite counters and was well stocked. Kathleen was very responsive with any questions we had before we got there and then checked in with us while we were there to make sure that everything was to our liking. The condo was above and beyond and then some! It felt like a home away from home and very relaxing! We already have made our reservation for next year!

Excellent experience and stay

The property is exactly as described and depicted in the listing. Everything was immaculately clean and well-stocked. The owners thought of everything one would need for a stay away from home (and more!). Beds and furniture were very comfortable. They are so friendly and professional and went above and beyond. Initially, I was a little skeptical when I arrived and saw the number of rooms and occupants that are part of this resort. But our condo building was very quiet and we experienced no issues with noise or disturbances. The laundry facilities are clean and easily accessible. The condo is situated close enough to the downtown Myrtle Beach area but removed enough that you don't feel overwhelmed by a "touristy" environment. Our view from the deck was enough to see the ocean and waves, and it was just a short walk right onto the beach. The owners are so courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were to revisit the Myrtle Beach area.

Property was great. Excellent view of the ocean, and plenty of amenities if you don’t like the beach. Host communication was excellent, checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Only critique, watch out for switched outlets if you normally plug your phones in over-night.

Beautiful condo, close to everything the resort offers, comfy furniture, two bathrooms and bedrooms (great for families!), and everything you need included! The owners make this condo feel like a home away from home, and are wonderful at responding to any questions.

Proximity to beach was amazing and unit was clean and well maintained. Host was great with communication and answering my questions. Parking was not ideal especially with a child as spaces are limited in the evening and we often had to park and walk a distance to get to the building entrance. It was noisy at night with people outside until late but to be expected this time of year. Overall a really positive experience!

Clean and close to the beach

Nice and clean condo that worked great for our family of 5. Condo had everything we could've needed, and then some. Beds were very comfortable, didn't even have any complaints about the sleeper sofa. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. Communication was extremely easy with the owners. We didn't have any issues, but I'm sure they would've taken care of it if we did. We really appreciated having a nice and clean place to stay. Thank you so much!
