The place was clean and worked for what we needed, but I wouldn’t book it again.it was right on the beach and very convenient for the Run to the Sun Car Show. However the unit had no smart televisions in the unit, beds were very hard and not comfortable, dryer squealed and was rusty, and the amenities at the apartment complex/hotel were lacking to say the least. Fine for a group of guys but not somewhere I’d take my wife and kids.

We had a wonderful time! First, if you value efficient and quick communication from the host, Janet is your person! Never once did I have to wait more than just a few short hours before I received a response, and most of the time, it was within the hour. She helped us through all of our questions and always made it easy to receive answers. The check-in and out process is simple and laid out perfectly for you through a boarding pass. A link was sent via text the day before with all of the needed information, pictures to showcase what she was speaking of and additional contact information. The space is clean, fresh and a beautiful space. We enjoyed many mornings on the balcony with the sunrise. We had more than enough space for 4 adults and the bathrooms were roomy too. Plenty of household amenities in the kitchen, extra blankets and pillows and a washer/dryer. The parking is just a quick walk away (one block) and we never had an issue finding a parking spot. If we ever venture back to Myrtle Beach we’ll make sure to check in Janet’s rental again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! A

The condo is very nice with a truly excellent view. The host responds as quickly as any VRBO host we have ever worked with and the building is nicely set up with ample 15 minute parking spots and plenty of luggage carts to unload luggage before moving car to the garage. The one downside is that while the kitchen is adequately equipped, it is not well equipped if you are planning to do a lot of cooking. Overall, a positive experience for us.

Absolutely beautiful condo right non the beach with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Kitchen very well stocked. Nice location very near the convention center and nearby athletic center. Very well decorated and extremely comfortable. Laundry machines are a bit dated, but workable. We stayed off season when it was very cold out but still managed to enjoy very nice partially covered heated pool, lazy river and hot tub. Greatly enjoyed our stay, and we will return if staying in Myrtle Beach again.

Winter Renters. We stayed in this home in December 2025. The host was extremely attentive and quick to respond. The condo was very, very clean, which is most important to us. The bedrooms are large and so are the bathrooms! We requested a few extra blankets because the weather was colder than expected and they were delivered within hours. The home was plenty big enough for our family of 3. There are 4 queen size beds and a pull out couch, which we did not use. You do have to walk about a block to the parking deck, which was not a problem for us, but just leaving that piece of information for future renters.

This was a gorgeous condo with amazing views. If you want to feel you're at high end resort stay here-decorations were spot on! Did not disappoint, everything you would need was provided for a comfortable stay. Very roomy for five people easily. Beds made for a great night sleep and shower was hot with great water pressure. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Having the parking a block away was not an inconvenience at all, very short walk. And there was 15 minute parking right outside the elevator doors for loading and unloading. We went in January and were still able to use the beach and the heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. Many places were walkable-try Donald's pancake house! Communication with the host was easy and friendly. She always got right back with us. Would definitely stay again, perfect experience!

Nice location with a wonderful view. For a rental property, it was nice. I give it a 3.5-4.0 stars. Based on the title of this rental, it states completely renovated. It definitely doesn’t show as it was done recently. The condo has wear and does not look as good as the pictures. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced. The dryer door shows rust in color and I would not wash and dry my clothes in it. On a 5 rating, Janet was very efficient with this rental.

Our host, Janet, answered all our questions. She kept in contact with us by text and emails. She was so sweet to text me when I misplaced the condo #. We found the condo to be exactly as described. Amazing ocean view, pools and hot tub for a relaxing vacation. The place was clean and comfy! I would like more towels but I have said the same at every VRBO property we've stayed at.

Good beach vibes...

The property matched the photos in the description of the condo pretty well. Taking showers was difficult...you either got scolded or frozen by the water. There was no good "in between". The washer and dryer were a bit outdated. There should be instructions available as to how to use the washing machine. Besides that, all was well with our stay.
