Guest Access:

The entire space is included in this rental, including 2 living rooms , 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette, a pool table, laundry room, private balconies, and parking space for up to 5 standard-size vehicles, the only shared area is the pool, which is shared with other guests in the triplex.



The pool is open between 9am-11pm 7 days a week (the pool is not heated)

The pool is shared with other homes in the triplex.

The pool is cleaned on a daily basis in the summertime

The guest is required to follow the pool rules!



No additional parking spaces

Overflow parking is not available

No BBQ grill per the HOA rules

Family vacation

The property is very close to the beach (walkable). It is not far from a Food Lion grocery store and a Dollar General. There was plenty of parking space for our entire group. We all enjoyed the pool table, pool area and balconies. It was over the 4th of July and the fireworks on the beach were wonderful! All appliances worked well and the kitchen was a good size. The dishwasher does not have a container for silverware. There is a small flat drawer at the top which is what we used. The furniture could use some updating (many of the drawers in the bedrooms are broken and the kitchen table is wood and leaves marks from sweating glasses). I know with large groups coming and going that it's hard to keep the floors clean but the floors were really dirty when we arrived. We expressed this and the owner did offer to send someone out to clean them again but we already were settled in. Just a head's up about it. It would help if they left a mop to clean up with. There are a lot of stairs, of course, with 3 floors, but there are 3 flights of stairs from the garage to the first floor also. The elevator was working.

This was the worst vacation property I have ever rented. We rent a home every summer in different locations, and Ive never been more disappointed. The house is poorly maintained. The owners seem to have put no effort into upkeeping the property. Tiles are cracked, mirrors are rusty, door handles are hanging off. That's just the visual aspects of the property. This house is advertised as accomodating 19 people. We were a group of 15. We filled up every bed and bedroom, doubled up and even tripled up in some rooms. There were not enough bath towels for our party of 15, there were not enough forks for a party of 15, there was not enough seating for our party of 15. The furniture was smelly and had questionable stains on them.If you have young kids that take baths instead of showers be aware, the drain plugs are either missing or just dont work. The plates had mold on them when we pulled them out of the cabinets. Generally rentals come equipped with at least salt and pepper and maybe some other kitchen basics, however, this had none of those basics. In addition, there were several warnings and messages received about keeping sand out of locations, however the house didn't even have a broom to help fight the amount of sand that comes with being in such close proximity to the beach. The only cleaning tool that was supplied was a moldy mop. The only reason I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 star is the location is ideal being close to the beach and the main strip.

This property could be absolutely amazing for large families. The layout is good for multiple families with children however, it does need some updates which I was told that painting the entire place was supposed to begin in a couple of weeks so that will help a lot. I’m not sure if it was the actual owner or property management that I was in contact with, but they were very quick in response to all of the issues that I had and even sent out a cleaning person after we arrivedThe beds and sheets and linens and towels were all clean however there were no dish towels potholders or any type of cleaning rags in the kitchen. There were start up shampoo, soaps, etc. the dishwasher did not work, and the pots and pans could use updating.They sent maintenance to fix the dishwasher after I became aware that it did not work.. The icemaker and water in the door of the refrigerator did not work. There was no icemaker which I was unaware of until we got there. The floors had been mopped at all, and the walls were very dirty and scraped up. Of course that’s something that painting will fix in a heartbeat. My biggest complaint was the fact that I do not feel like it had been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived, they were, however, very responsive about all of the issues that I contacted them about., which was very nice.

Disappointing

The 2 houses are very spacious and enough room for a large group. The property manager is very responsive. But the houses are well worn and needs lots of maintenance and updating. The towels and linens are well worn and should be replaced. They do not supply any basic items, like hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap or trash bags and no propane for the grill or fire pits.We were very disappointed in the conditions.

Bachelor party

Kind of low key as far as bachelor parties go. House was big, clean, just as advertised. Communication was excellent. More than likely will hit this place up again. Central to everything. Just wish I could have utilized the pool, 60 degrees in Feb, no go.
