The Space:

Welcome to your beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, offering a harmonious blend of comfort and nature with stunning views of closed golf course. This modern, open-concept retreat is perfect for avid golfers, families, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape in a stylish setting.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space featuring a comfortable blue sofa, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The living room seamlessly connects to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Roku compatibility, or stay connected with high-speed internet.



Our kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting white cabinets, granite countertops, and sleek black and stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. You'll find all the essentials for home cooking, from pots and pans to a complete set of knives, dishes, and flatware. We also provide thoughtful extras like a coffee maker, salt, pepper, cooking spices, and aluminum foil.



Each of the two bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort and privacy:

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with blue bedding, a flatscreen TV, nightstands, a dresser, and a closet with hangers and an iron.

The second bedroom offers two twin-size beds with grey bedding, a dresser, and a closet with hangers.

Both bedrooms include linens and AC and heat for your comfort.



Our modern bathrooms feature vanities with marble-style tops, mirror lighting, exhaust fans, and clean shower stalls. We provide a hairdryer, bath and hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience.



Step out onto your private, furnished balcony to take in the breathtaking views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage. For your convenience, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer. This space comfortably accommodates 6 guests.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive their condo unit number and door access code on the morning of arrival, granting exclusive access to the entire condo and private balcony. You'll also enjoy unrestricted access to all the numerous onsite amenities, including our refreshing outdoor swimming pool.



We provide free onsite parking with two allotted spaces per unit. A parking pass, found inside the condo, must be displayed on your vehicle's rearview mirror at all times while parked on the property. Additional visitor parking spots are also available.

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
