Beginning with the grand foyer and all the way up to your 27th floor perch above expansive, glistening blue ocean and with a stunning view of the northern coastline, you will find your beach happy place here. This spacious privately owned vacation rental perfectly brings together upscale living with peaceful and comfortable oceanfront retreat and provides all of the extras and amenities you would expect from a Margate vacation by Prista. The primary bedroom and living room provide direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Stay connected (if you must) with dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and log into your personal streaming accounts like Netflix and Hulu to binge watch your favorite shows, enjoy a family movie night or access network TV with the upgraded Spectrum cable channels.

The upper pool is heated year-round and has a cascading waterfall that flows into the lower unheated pool and just steps away from the hot tub. 24-hour security, and extensive covered parking with bike racks. Enjoy easy beach access with a dual rinse off station at the base of the beach stairs along with a rinse off station within the pool area.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
