Sun Bliss Villa features spacious and elegantly
furnished interiors, accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa includes 5
bedrooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms and 1 additional WC (toilet & sink only),
ensuring extra comfort and convenience for larger groups or families.
Overlooking the sparkling sea, this stunning luxury
retreat boasts far-reaching sea views and days of sandy toes and salty skin.
Wake up to awe-inspiring sea views stretching to the horizon and dip in and out
of the outside world as you please. Easy access to the coast path and sandy
beach tempt long balmy days on the sand, whilst the splendid architecture
designed interiors will delight even the most discerning guests.

Day or night, nestle into the six-seater Spa Barella
Whirlpool, watch village life go by from the vantage point of your private
terrace. For a refresh after a morning run along the coast path, the unique
design of the shower room boasting a sauna with direct access to the pool
terrace, is a welcome haven.

Layout
Sun bliss villa is designed to accommodate large
groups, while offering privacy at the same time, as it is consisted of two
separate buildings with identical layout, both fully equipped. The villa
therefore features two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, five
bathrooms, five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Minimal furnishings and materials create a clean and
calming atmosphere, while the balconies and verandas offer stunning panoramic
sea views over the Mediterranean Sea. The two buildings are connected through a
corridor window located on the ground floor.
Ground Floors
Entering ground floor of each building there is an
open plan area featuring the living room and kitchen areas. The living room is
equipped with a fireplace, 42" HDTV with home cinema and a Bluetooth speaker.
It features open sailing windows and balcony doors and provides access to the
pool terrace, offering amazing sea views. The kitchen is equipped with branded
electrical appliances and provides all essentials for a self-catered vacation.
Next to the kitchen, is a shared wc and a food is also available. The right
building comes with an air-conditioned bedroom which have a King size bed (1,60
x 2,00), a 32 HDTV, closet and private balconies with. The staircase with is
next to the entrance leads to the upper floor which comes with two bedrooms
offering King size beds (1,60 x 2,00), a 32 HDTV, open clothes closet and
private balconies offering sea views. The left bedroom offers an outdoor
terrace with a hot tub and hanging chair as the right one bedroom comes with a
separate wc with shower. This bedroom comes with a small balcony with sea view.

Outdoor Area
But what will really take your breath away is the
outdoor area of Sunbliss Villa, equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation and
offering amazing, panoramic views of the sea and mountains. More specifically
the outdoor facilities include:
- Two private swimming pools (both covering 40 m2)
each one with a small waterfall.
- The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable sun
beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
- A 5-seater hot tub
- A variety of furnished spots for relaxing on the
pool terrace, featuring bean bag loungers, a hanging egg chair, chairs and
tables.
- Shaded veranda direct access to the pool.
- Shaded pergola including an outdoor kitchen with gas
barbecue, a sink, refrigerator, gas hobs, dishes and utensils, and a large
outdoor dining table.
- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private
entrance with a gate, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
- Parking space for 3 cars outside the Villa premises.
