Skyline Villas is a luxurious complex featuring two stunning properties – Skyline Villa I and Skyline Villa II – located in the peaceful village of Aggeliana. The villa spans three floors. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is on the main floor, two bedrooms on the lower floor, and the fourth bedroom occupies the upper floor. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and high-quality linens. The attic bedroom and its en-suite bathroom have a sloping ceiling, with the lowest height in the bathroom reaching approximately 1.80 meters.



The villa’s highlight is its expansive outdoor space, featuring a large infinity pool (5 × 10 m, 1.4 m deep), sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a lounge area, a dining space with a gas barbecue, and table tennis for entertainment. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxation, socializing, and enjoying the sunny Cretan climate.



Skyline Villa II is located on the lower part of the plot and enjoys beautiful, unobstructed views of the sea and the valley, as shown in the photos.

Skyline Villas are located in Aggeliana Village, a charming lowland village in the prefecture of Rethymno, just 22 km from Rethymno town, on the road leading to Perama and the seaside village of Panormos. At an altitude of only 90 meters, Aggeliana is known for its traditional character and natural beauty.



The villa is within a short distance of a small supermarket (600 m) and two local taverns (500 m and 1.2 km). In nearby Perama, just 2.5 km away, you’ll find more shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other amenities. The seaside village of Panormos, with its sandy beach, restaurants, and shops, is only 5 km away.



The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.
