Mayana Luxury Villa is part of a complex with two Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools.

External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
This captivating home lays in 350m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 70m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), a five-seater, built-in heated whirlpool (2x3,20 & 0,90 meters deep) & a children's pool compartment (3x3 & 0,40 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor lounge area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun sink into the ocean. With outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Bonus: A ping-pong table is also available outdoors for endless hours of fun & relaxation.

- Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 Days’ Notice Prior Arrival Is Mandatory For The Pool To Reach The Optimal Temperature.

- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain they shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating holiday home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 80m2 indoor space. The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds and an extra guest can be accommodated in the sofa of the living room. The maximum capacity is 5 guests.

Location Overview

Mayana Luxury Villa is located in the picturesque Bali village, which was a small fishing village, but over the years has become a charming touring village, overlooking the little fishing harbour and the sea. It is a very attractive and romantic place, combining sea and mountains. Life is easy going enjoying the sun and the clear calm sea at a number of sandy and shingly beaches. Bali is a modern seaside resort, which offers a large choice of taverns, restaurants, a bakery, an ATM machine, super markets, a butchery and cheese shop, as well as a wide variety of little shops, diving school, bars and discos. 

It is an ideal destination for family and romantic holidays. Bali has four beaches, which are formed in sandy coves with nice greenish waters. The beaches are almost always calm, since the direction of Bali is western. They all are suitable for children and well organised. Moreover, buses from Heraklion and Rethymnon run to Bali.  Furthermore, from the local harbour, excursion boats run daily to Rethymnon. The passengers have the chance to admire a unique coastline with beautiful caves and rock formations.
