If you are looking for a modern, well-equipped home located right by the sea and in walking distance to the beach & shops, then look no further. This lovely apartment, will provide a great base to discover the best places of Crete and at the same time, the ultimate relaxation you crave for! Its highest asset is the amazing sea & sunset views, the shared lawn garden with BBQ , playground, ping pong table and plenty sunloungers. To add the cherry on top, a shared 120sqm pool is a few meters away!



A cozy 85sqm apartment, totally renovated on 2021. As you enter you first get to see a spacious open plan well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare your favorite meals, (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, glassware, blender, toaster, children's utensils, wine glasses etc.)featuring in the center a dining table , as well as a modern up-to-date living room with 2 comfortable sofas (one of them can be transformed into a single bed for the 5th guest), a satellite smart Tv and a cozy fireplace . A room tastefully decorated, airy and full of natural lighting thorough the day.



Following the corridor, there are one full bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a small balcony with seaview, while the other one consists 2 single beds. All rooms (bedrooms & living room) are fully airconditioned and complimentary Wi-Fi coverage is accessible thorough the accommodation, inside and out.



Additionally, from the living room, you will have access to a private balcony overlooking the sea and featuring a dining table.



There is no wonder, why most of our visitors, choose to spend so much time, in the shared lawn garden in front of the property. Various children’s toys, as well as 3 bicycles (2 big & 1 small, only available upon prior request) and your own sunbeds or gazebo set the ideal ground to let it all go and enjoy some unique moments with your loved ones.Family gatherings & al fresco dining by the sea while the kids play safely next to you, will bring everyone closer and create the most amazing memories.



Guests have also access to the apartment complex' shared pool just a minute walk from the house, with dimensions: 20mX7m ,depth: 1.4 meters with a shallow 3X4 m compartment 0.4 meters deep, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

Panormo village is in walking distance from the apartment (about 10 min walking, 850m) There you will find penty of local taverns with tasty food, some small coffee shops/bars, pharmacy, and a few shops and mini markets to get the essential. Adittionaly, Panormo is frequently connected with public buses to Rethymno city (every 30 min during summer season), Heraklion city (every 1hour/45 min dependig on the season) so you can easily access various interesting places without the need to rent a car.

In case however you prefer to be more flexible, renting a car is highly advisable and we will be happy to help you on this matter!

Lovely apartment, location & hospitality. Perfect!

Myself, my wife and our two daughters stayed in Lili Apartments for a week. The apartment itself was well equipped and we were greeted with a nice welcome basket upon arrival. Panormo itself is a nice quiet village with a couple of little supermarkets, a bakery, butchers and a handful of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Lili Seafront House was a Beautiful Seaside Apartment!

The Lili Seafront House was a beautiful seaside apartment in the village of Panormo, Crete. The apartment was incredibly close to the sea with all of the amenities necessary for a wonderful experience. This two bedroom unit was spotless when we arrived, and had everything we needed for our week long vacation. We will certainly return in the future.

Our 2nd time, but not the last

Because of our great experience we were back in Crete this year and it certainly will not be the last time. I do not know where to start naming the good experiences. Area? The House? The hostess? Weather? The food? The car rental? It is too much to mention. Therefore, I advise everyone to consider himself to go on holiday to Crete. And if you, like us, have also Lili as hostess, you will never regret it. She is very friendly and the house is comfortable. Fully equipped. The house is cleaned twice a week and provided with clean linen. Lili grants your privacy, but it's very nice that you occasionally get some nice things. Fresh vegetables, fresh honey, homemade cakes and tasty things from the BBQ. And do not forget the occasional glass of Raki. We will definitely come back again to once again enjoy all this. Valia thanks for the good care and Lili thanks you for the hospitality.

Awsome holiday in Crete. Family with 2 boys. NL

Our holiday in Crete was in one word amazing. Everything was okay. The trip, the car rental and, especially, the apartment. What a beautiful view. What a nice apartment and what a friendly hostess. Our contacts with Valia where very good. She provided us with the right information we needed to prepare our trip. She also gave us a very good tip for a local car rental. Perfect service. After the pick up of the car, the people from the car rental brought us to our apartment. 1,5 hour from the airport. The stayed with us until we found the exact location. After that, our hostess was waiting for us and she welcomed us in a very nice and very clean apartment. The apartment was provided with everything we needed. And as I said, the view was marvelous. In the morning the silence of the see. In the evening the sunset. We enjoyed it every day. The swimming pool was small, but it met the need of our family. Nearby of the apartment we found some nice restaurants. Very friendly people and nice food for a good price. In the small village of Panormo we found a supermarket for our daily necessities. Twenty car minutes form out apartment we found a large supermarket (Lidl) The beaches in Panormo are small and suitable for little children. Our boys (12 and 14) found it more enjoyable to drive to Rethymno. Beautiful beaches and a perfect see. We made some nice trips in the neighborhood of the apartment. There is a lot to see. One day we drove to Elafonissy. Nice, but to far away. At the end, it was an awesome holiday and I know for sure that we will come back again. Maybe next year.

Lovely townhouse with great sea view

We loved the top floor townhouse on the edge of Panormo village. Once we found the access road (2nd one past the big Grecotel resort), we were greeted by Valia who was so friendly and had left for us a lovely tray of goodies and drink. She lives downstairs and was available if we needed anything. The apartment had a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The beach was rocky but the sunsets and relaxing views were spectacular. The apartment was beautifully appointed, had everything we needed for making meals and relaxing, (we never tried the TV so not sure if any English channels), had security doors on windows/patio door, comfy bed in the master bedroom which overlooks the sea. Had great airconditioning but also a fan which worked good for us. The pool was so relaxing and rarely busy and had another lovely view of the sea. The complex wasn't busy and many of the tourists didn't speak english. We loved Crete and found the village of Panormo wonderful. So picturesque, friendly people, shops, beach, beautiful church and some great cafes along the harbour where we enjoyed delicious meals. We rented a car (with GPS) and parking was no issue at the complex. Driving on the island was easy and roads were generally very good. People were so helpful when we got lost and we had som good laughs even when no English was spoken. We found Panormo was a great place to make our home base as we explored Crete (especially the north coast) and all it had to offer. We discovered a Panoromo super market nearby on the highway and the owner and his wife were so nice. We bought most of our souvenirs at their lovely, well-stocked store. It was sad to see how depressed Greece and Crete has become but would urge people to visit this lovely island and keep the tourist dollars flowing. We never felt unsafe or threatened in the time we spent in Athens or Crete and met some wonderful people. We would definitely go back and would happily recommend this apartment and location to others.

We loved it

The house was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and lot of space. The garden very nice and relaxing with the view on the sea. Our children loved playing there. The host (Lilli) was awesome, very nice and always there if we needed anything. Her welcome was very generous. She filled up the fridge with fresh fruits, juice, crete sweets,cookies, delicious honey and everything so that you can enjoy fully your first breakfast. We highly recommend this house. You should know that it was the only house which had the garden and with the best view on the sea.The swimming pool was very clean and the beach not far away from the house. My 3 years old girl still keeps on talking about Lilli :)

A part certains détails, la location était acceptable

Il est vrai que nous n'avons pas été gâtés pour notre arrivée, déjà 2 heures de retard entre Athènes et la Crète, reception d'une voiture de location, sans explication et surtout livrée, pour ainsi dire sur la réserve d'essence, pour couronner le tout, évidemment il faisait nuit + une tempête avec des cordes, heureusement que j'avais ramené mon GPS, MAIS, petit détail, quand j'ai tapé " Panormos " il y en avait au moins une dizaine, donc j'ai roulé " au Pif " pour couronner le tout, comme la propriétaire ne parlait pas le Français, nous avons eus un problème de chauffage et d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours, si bien que nous avons attrapés la grippe tout les deux, Sinon location parfaitement équipé et Lili très sympathique ( Location à voir en été )

Vacances très agréables

Location avec une vue magnifique, très agréable. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé dans une résidence calme malgré la période d’août. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, sourires et petits présents. La piscine commune est très bien entretenue et était très peu fréquentée. Le village de Panormos distant à 15mn à pied et 5mn à peine en voiture est charmant avec des commerces de proximité, des restaurants et bars accueillants. Les gens y sont charmants. petite station balnéaire familiale et tranquille bien située pour visiter une bonne partie de la Créte.

Die Möglichkeit in 50 Metern im Mittelmeer schwimmen zu können war für die heißen Tage wirklich toll. Auch die Lage auf der Insel ist gut, sodass alle Ausflugsziele nach Osten und Westen mit dem Auto gut erreicht werden können. Wir hatten eine schönen Urlaubsmix aus Erholung und Attraktionen.

Schöne, große Terrasse direkt vorm Meer, große gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Aircon. Ein kleiner (Stein-) Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, zum besseren Strand inkl. Liegen sind es gut zehn Minuten. Das Apartment liegt außerhalb des netten Dorfes.

Great spot

Nice, clean, comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Having access to the shared garden overlooking the sea is also a big bonus and the views (and sunsets) are spectacular. There’s a slightly odd arrangement with the sunloungers around the pool (two are allocated for the villa but they are not labelled and all the other pool sunloungers are locked away, which meant several awkward conversations with other people using them and for a couple of days they went missing entirely...) but apart from that we could not fault this place - it’s perfect.

Spacious and clean apartment, Nice shared garden and spectacular sunsets. Pool is shared with whole apartment complex and sunbeds are few, otherwise nice. Local (~100m) stony beach good for snorkling, several sandy beaches in Panormos (10-20 min) Panormos is small, but local and very charming. Booking, contact and support during stay fantastic. Recommended rental!

Very good apartment

We had a very comfortable stay in Lili’s apartment. The location is excellent with wonderful views out to sea and amazing sunsets. The apartment is extremely well equipped,with everything provided including a welcome basket. Mrs Lili greeted us and showed us round - she lives in a neighbouring apartment. The place was spotlessly clean and the air con works well, although a little noisy. We made good use of the pool, which is located a minute’s walk away and is shared by other apartments in the complex. The sun beds are kept locked up and this was the only slight niggle with us as having to get them out and then lock them up again each time we used them was a bit of a pain. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay. Panormo has plenty of restaurants 10-15 minute walk. The beaches here are ok but you will find better ones on the south coast (an hour or so away but worth the drive). All in all an excellent stay.

I like this place. Owner is very helpful. Spectacular view. Much space and very clean. Kitchen is super equipped.
