Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Come inside and let your worries float away; The open-plan living areas of this private luxury home provide stylish space for complete relaxation; throw open the doors and let the sea air work its magic whilst you cradle a coffee and sink into the sofa. For lazy mornings and early nights, snuggle into the squishy pillows of your bedroom and relax.

All of the bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor and are effortlessly and elegantly furnished , promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

The first bedroom features a Queen size bed (1,60x2), with direct access to a balcony with amazing sea views and comfy sitting, also boasting an impeccable designed en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom also features a Queen size bed (1,60x2), with direct access to a balcony with amazing sea views and comfy sitting. Additionally, this bedroom boasts en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The last bedroom of the Villa features two single beds (0,90x2), which are joined to form a King Size bed, with direct access to a balcony with amazing sea views and comfy sitting, also boasting a uniquely designed en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

For your outmost convenience, a shared bathroom is also located on the ground floor, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The Villa boasts three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in one folding bed, located in the first bedroom (Queen size bed- with the en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub.)

Constantinos Villa is set in 310m2 outdoor area, with a 35m2 private heated swimming pool and a special children’s compartment. (1,50x3,50 and 0,50 metres deep) , as well as an 400 m2 lawn covered area. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! An outdoor shower is also at your disposal. What’s more, BBQ facilities (gas) and a wooden oven are available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple! An outdoor shaded dining area is there to welcome you, so as for you to enjoy your meals, morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish!

For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor playground is available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, a seesaw, a children’s car toy, and children’s horse toy. For your outmost convenience, a ping pong table is also available outdoors for endless hours of fun and relaxation. Enjoy!

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

For Relaxation
Ease yourself awake with al fresco tea and toast and gather together your beach essentials. Later, after a day of beach fun, enjoy a barbecue on the deck with the vast blue sea views splayed out before you. Admire the amazing sea views, best viewed up-close and personal where the detail can be truly appreciated.

There is free secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 4 cars. There is also free parking space outside the villa’s premises for 3 cars. Location Overview

Constantinos Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
