Villa Opallia is located in Agia Sofia, in the area of Tourlos, at 10 minutes drive from Mykonos town and about 20 minutes drive from the beaches of Psarou, Ornos, St. John and Agios Stefanos.

The villa overlooks the Aegean Sea, it develops on three floors and it occupies an area of 383m2.

It has 8 bedrooms, 3 master bedrooms plus 5 suites, 9 bathrooms (8 en suite plus 1 guests WC) and it can accommodate up to 16 guests.

On the ground floor there are 2 master bedrooms (both with double bed + en-suite bathroom),
4 attached suites (all with double bed + en-suite bathroom)
plus 1 attached suite (with twin beds + en-suite bathroom), while on the upper floor there is
1 master bedroom (with double bed + en-suite bathroom).

This luxury villa is characterized by a minimal style and it features inside a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

Outside there are spacious living and dining areas and a swimming pool that is 67m2 large.

Villa Opallia has all kind of mod cons: air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, HI-FI system, alarm system, safe, parking for 3 cars, etc. and it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Mykonos.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay: 3-4-5 nights according to the season; 1 week between 6 July and 18 August.
Check in: 3 pm; Check out: 11 am
No dogs allowed
No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the property
Security / Damage Deposit: 2.000 €
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Included in the rental price: 2 hours daily maid service, change of bath and pool towels daily, and change of linen twice weekly.

According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € per villa, per night is imposed on the residents.
This fee is not included in the villa rental fee and needs to be settled prior to check-out.
