Camp Muskoka Cottage is situated close to the town of Minett with access to the cottage by car. Camp Muskoka is close to all the hot spots on Rosseau including a 5-minute boat ride to JW Marriott, 12 minutes to Port Sandfield, and 20 minutes to Port Carling.

PROPERTY
CAMP MUSKOKA, where you will have all-round privacy, as the property is surrounded by trees on either side with no neighbours in view. The property includes a sandy beach and 400 feet of frontage. The northern exposure ensures an excellent view of sunrises and sunsets. The cottage is also equipped with a private beach volleyball court as well as huge open docks with plenty of seating and lounging.

MAIN COTTAGE
The kitchen is nice and bright with all white appliances. The dining room table seats eight but has room for more. The living room is a very cozy room that offers a wood-burning fireplace as well as a TV.
A walkout to the deck and outdoor sitting area.
GUEST COTTAGE
A nice sitting area with leather couches rests on the lower level of the guest cottage, as well as a walkout to the deck through glass doors. A large bedroom with two twin beds and a 3-piece bath with shower rounds out the lower level. Here you will find the washer and dryer. The upper level consists of a lovely living area with large windows, fireplace, TV and a small dining table. Adjacent to the living area is a kitchen with a fridge, sink, microwave, fridge, and plenty of counter space. Off of the kitchen are a Queen bedroom, a room with 2 twin bunk bedsdouble bunk-beds, and a 3-piece bathroom with a shower.
